The man behind the counter blew some compressed air over it and stated there was nothing he could do with my hat. He proceeded to walk into a room closing the door behind him Only to see him leave the shop thro the back door. Needless to say I wasn't able to pick out a new hat to be manufactured. No one was there to accept them. The dock area was a complete disaster area, strewn with dumped stuff & downed signs. You couldn't even get to the door at the top of the ramp. A woman inside finally came out & mumbled something about everyone going on break at the same time before she helped take the boxes. I thought this might just be a one time issue with the dock. However, I was by there again a couple of days later & the dock was still an accident waiting to happen. It's an admirable concept but too bad it's not better managed. I won't be taking anything there again.
