Really great place...I get my nails done here all the time and they do a great job. Very clean and friendly and very open to up-to-date fashion and trends. I wouldn't expect no cardi b or nicki Minaj nails...but they do NOT let you walk with bad nails !!!

Got these not even a week ago

I paid 45 dollars for gel nails which are supposed to last longer and two of them snapped off in the first few days of having them I used to go to a really bad place and I paid 25 dollars and even those crappy nails lasted. It's a good thing I can fix them with nail glue because otherwise it would have been a complete waste of money. Very disappointed. 2 stars.

I got a mani/pedi and a haircut done here recently. Thamie is one of the newer nail techs and she did a good job on my nails. Nothing extraordinary but she did do a really cute hello kitty nail design on a couple of my nails which I just adore. See pic for visual. Thamie was also really sweet and fun to converse with. Prices were surprisingly expensive for a nail salon in this area. I paid basically what I paid while living in Sacramento, CA. manicures are $14 and pedicures are $25 but if you get both done its $25. the quality was up to par so I would return for my next nail service. my mom gets her hair cut here regularly by Tina. I'm really paranoid about people doing my hair but I gave her a shot since my mom recommended her. it was all going well until it came time to blow dry my hair and tina basically ditched me to help another customer so thamie dried my hair. however, it wasn't a fabulous round brush blow-out like I am used to so my hair was a mess afterwards. i usually have to tame my hair with the round brush or straightener to get it to look decent. also, bc she didn't style me she didn't even check to see if my layers were alright, which they weren't. the cut was cheap ($25) but I wasn't satisfied with the service at all. I almost cried lol. I will not be getting my hair cut here again.

I love this place. Highly recommended. Very nice, so clean.

This is an amazing place. Been looking for a new nail salon for a while that I could trust again after Envy Nails made me never want to get them done again. This is my 2nd time there, didn't want to write a review to fast. They are so friendly, polite, anything to make you happy. Brandon did my nails today. I love all his suggestions & advice for my dry hands/cuticles.

My mother and I (along with friends that we later recommended) have been coming here for almost a decade... and unlike many of the nail/beauty salons around, this one hasn't become more decrepit. Tina, the owner, remodels or redecorates the place every couple of years. The current decor exudes a warm, earthy, spa-like ambiance that really puts us at ease... none of those glaring neon lights and white-washed walls like other places. This place is immaculately clean! This is the only place I know that uses a completely new set of tools for each client, which are then put into a tube, labeled with a number, and stored to the side of the waiting room. That way, when you come back, you just let Tina know your name or number and they'll use the same tools ONLY ON YOU. I know hygiene is a big concern for a lot of people so this was top notch in my book! The salon offers nail salon services, hair cuts (done by Tina), waxing, tanning, facials, and permanent makeup tattooing (done by Tina). If you don't know what the last option is, google it. I personally haven't tried it but my mom's friend had her eyebrows and eyeliner done and it looks great on her. I usually make appointments with Tina, but have been just as happy with the other employees (Ben and Tom). Everyone is very friendly and I like that even after almost a decade of coming here, I still look forward to getting my nails done. Oh, and the prices are reasonable. Not as expensive as a dayspa but a couple of dollars more than the mall. Totally worth it, in my opinion! Ambiance, cleanliness, quality of services, friendliness... you really can't beat it.

So today my sister and I went to get a full set and we spent $60 on these nails. We have been here before a very long time ago and have been very pleased. It's $25 for my sisters and $30 for mine Bc they were long. I told the guy that I wanted them short and he told that they were going to be short when he went to go file them. They didn't. Almost all of my nails were crooked and I can't even type with them because they're bending in. Each one of my nails are to think and bumpy. I stood under the dryer and was probably there for a good 20 minutes and as soon as I took them out they were fucked up. I am not happy. They were very aggressive and kept jerking my hands. I do not recommend!

I walked into this nail salon with hope in my heart, acrylics off my fingers, and a simple dream:…read moreremove the old nails, get a nice manicure, leave with my natural nails looking like they hadn't survived a tornado. Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about. I left with confused nails, confused feelings, and a confused neck that did not, in fact, get a massage. I hope this review helps someone. And I hope someday my pinky nail forgives me.

My entire manicure was basically silent I asked for a pink/white ombré dip manicure It was the worst manicure I've had The application looked correct but once finished it's mostly white with no pink I was not asked to check it, nor asked about shape I expect to wash my hands after filing etc. instead the cuticle oil and lotion were applied and rubbed in making my skin feel gritty There was dipping powered or activator dried to my skin all around my fingers. Prices are typical but based on result I would not go back

I had a…read moresignificantly poor experience my last visit at Naturally Nails and I am sorry to say that, considering that I have been going for years. I had made an appointment for a gel manicure. When I arrived, I was assigned to Eva. As soon as she started to remove my polish with the dremel tool, my nail was burning. I did say- ouch and she turned the rotation down. Again, burning, ouch!, and she replaced the head of the dremel tool. I looked at the one she had been using and it had little tiny spikes on it- like you might use for acrylic nails? She replaced it with a finer bit and it worked okay. She still seemed annoyed with me! She soaked my polish off for 10 minutes and when she returned, scraped most of the rest of the polish off. Then she started to file off what was left around the edges, running up against my cuticle and cutting it in two places. It was the holidays, so looking for that 'holiday pinterest color', I asked for three different colors. Again, annoyed. I am happy to pay and tip for a service well done. I paid and tipped, because it was the holidays- not because it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't.
