At the end of the appointment, they wrapped my feet in plastic wrap and put my shoes back on before the polish was fully dry. When I removed the wrap later, the polish was badly smudged. I appreciated that they agreed to repaint them the next day, but unfortunately that experience was frustrating as well. The technician initially tried to repaint only one nail with a different polish that didn't match, and seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. There were also visible cotton fibers left in the polish after removal/repainting. Overall, the service felt rushed and the final result still didn't look great. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the time or the money I spent. I won't be back.

(something fun for vacation) Regular gel is $25 and french is $30 which is totally reasonable. My nail tech was extremely meticulous, making sure my nails looked flawless. She let my nails dry under the UV lamp for the correct amount of time. Most nail salons rush the process and then you end up with chips and cracks a week later. They also have new gel polishes that change color in the light. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely be coming back. Sidenote: pedicures are $30 which is a little steep. Get a manicure and you can't go wrong!

The girl working on my service barely talked at all even when trying to spark a conversation and all other employees were talking with their clients. It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don't do anything that would cause this-- I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there's no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it's frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn't even last a week.
