I was having some back pain in my rib cage area, also extending to my stomach. I came here in hopes of a good deep tissue massage, and got exactly what I came for, and then some. Ask for Lola!!! With no appointment they got me right in. First I was given an adjustment, and got a few good cracks out. Lola gave me a trigger point massage with cupping. At times, the pain was intense but when the massage was over, the rib pain that I had in my back was completely gone. It was my first cupping massage experience and I can't wait to come back. I was apprehensive but I arrived early to get everything done prior to my appointment. I went in and the room was clean, cozy, and relaxing. Lashaye was amazing. She knew what to do and how to do it! I went to Magic Tan for my first spray tan ever! I can't thank Catherine, the owner, enough for educating me on the Versa spray tan machine and talking me through what shade to get. She really cares about how your results turn out and will do anything to make you comfortable! I ended up getting a The Lightest Tan with a double pass on my legs. It was perfect! I've been there several times and find the atmosphere wonderful and the therapists highly experienced. The room was friendly, the table was comfortable and after a few minutes I could feel the tension melting away. By the time she was done, I was so relaxed that I was falling asleep! Visiting family in Pembrooke and getting ready for a bachelorette party in Miami for the weekend. Visiting Magic Tan and Massage was the right choice! I did a stand up tanning capsule w/ a tanning lotion recommended by the lovely receptionist. I came out bronzed and glowing. My massage therapist Claudia was skilled and tended to my aching body. She was very kind, and intuitive . I was so happy to have received bodywork from her. I usually need deep work, and her style of massage matched up with what I was looking for. Thank you, Claudia! The service was great and the studio itself it's so warm and inviting. Catherine, the owner(whom I met was so lovely)did a fantastic job making the space feel like a luxury spa. I'm talking comfy treatment tables, Himalayan salt lamps, plush textiles and tasteful decor. You can really escape into relaxation here. Though, the pricing is SO reasonable. Having been dissatisfied with the homemade Versa solution at Goldensun in Hollywood, I came to Magic Tan in Pembroke Pines because they also have a Versa Spray Tan. The woman confirmed that they do use a solution provided by the makers of Versa (coincidentally named Magic Tan). So I went ahead and purchased a session. This however, was no better than Goldensun because Magic Tan doesn't offer color options (clear/tinted, light, medium, dark). The woman at the counter didn't really seem to know much about the Versa booth at all, she just said they always enter the same number for the same color. Just fyi, similar to setting the time on a UV bed, the Versa is set by numbers - 13,14,15, 23, 24, etc - that signify the color grade the user wants i.e. Medium Clear, Light Tinted, etc. She didn't know if they could enter a different number, and she didn't know anything about "Clear" vs. "Tinted". So I took my chances, and went ahead with the tan. The room for the versa is extremely cramped, there isn't anywhere to hang up your clothes or set your things while you prep for the tan, and the room smelled HORRIBLE. Especially after the session was finished, the machine does an automatic wash cycle to clean the machine, and the water that was cleaning it smelled like rotten sewage water. I had to plug my nose! And once again, like my Versa session at Goldensun, I didn't get the desired results. And on top of that - I have a big problem with ill-informed, or ignorant staff members. So I won't be back to Magic Tan. I am however, going to notify the makes of Versa, that there are 2 salons here in South Florida NOT representing their product very well! read more

I love Magic Tan! I first starting going for tanning, the beds are always clean and it's a friendly environment. Then I noticed the ridiculously low cost for an hour massage, so decided to give it a try. I had Ella, who did an AMAZING job, was so easy to talk to and knowledgeable, and even introduced me to cupping (I run marathons and had lots of knots so it was great). I don't tan anymore but I still go for the other services because I know I will get quality for a low price. This last time I got a facial, eyebrow wax, and then a massage (Alyssa was so attentive to the areas in my neck/back where I had built up stress). I can't say enough about the services this place has to offer, the calming and friendly environment, and the low cost makes the services a steal. read more

I love this place. it is right around the corner of my house and I started going for tans every now and again. The owner of the salon is great and always has homemade goodies at the waiting are for you to eat. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need just by looking at you. about a year ago my son purchased a facial and massage special they had for mothers day. I thought it was a little weird to get a massage there but I tried it. Now, this is not a spa it is a tanning salon; however the massage and facial were absolutely great! I was so pleasantly surprised. It is not expensive, I think $60 for a full massage and they always run specials. I was so relaxed I could not stay awake/ the therapist is very knowledgable, looks at your skin and can tell how much water you drink and what problems you are having. The clean fresh experience as well as the comfort relaxing feel of the salon overall are just a few reasons I have continued going. I have been happy with the results and I trust the staff. Magic Tan is a great place to get a tan, massage, facial, or wax. I have spoken to customers who have been going since it first opened, and they say that nothing beats this place! As a younger and less experienced customer, I have always had a comfortable experience at Magic Tan. The employees know what they are talking about and are very friendly and helpful.The owner, Catherine, is super friendly and knowledgeable, and on Saturdays she will sometimes bring in homemade food for you to snack on while you wait! I have tried the tanning beds and the spray tan booth, and they both look fantastic and not orange or fake at all. Some of the nicer beds have different tanning settings and a water mister inside!
