Their website uses the Vagaro app for gift card purchases. I downloaded the app and purchased a 60 minute couples massage for my husband. The price listed for a couples massage is $104.95. My husband then booked the couples massage. Upon arrival we are told the couples massage purchased is only for one person. We had to pay another $104.95 for the second person in the massage. At that point I had already purchased the gift card and was told that's how they have to list their "partner massage" because when booking two therapists are needed. I explained that was deceitful because when purchasing a couples massage gift certificate it's obvious that two therapists would be needed. They said that's just how the service is listed and said there was nothing they could do. They offered no apology, refund or complimentary service. The massage was just ok, nothing to rave about. I came here a couple weeks ago for a microdermabrasion. It was my first visit here and my first time getting a microdermabrasion. I didn't know what to expect from either. The spa is very easy to find and clean inside. My esthetician was very thorough in cleaning my face and doing extractions before staring the microdermabrasion. When she got to the microdermabrasion portion of the facial, again, I felt my esthetician was very through and focused on areas of my face that really needed the attention. She used the microdermabrasion tool on some of my dark sports which were primarily on the right side of my face. After the facial, I felt as if my face was visibly brighter. Some dark spots I had on the right side of my face were lighter. I did have deep, red lines on the right side of my face after the procedure but I was told it would go away after a couple weeks. The red lines appeared on my face because the esthetician focused on certain areas and the back and forth motion of the tool on the same area, left me marked with red lines. A week or so later, my face broke out really badly where the esthetician primarily focused the microdermabrasion tool. Once my face healed, I had to worry about the dark spots that were left behind from my breakouts. I wasn't too happy and I don't think I will ever do a microdermabrasion again. This was my experience and how my face reacted but I would still recommend coming here as overall it was a good experience. read more

She knows how to manipulate the arms and legs to gain access to trigger points behind the shoulder blades, she knows exactly where my muscle "knots" are and always overcomes them through her massage technique. I'm a satisfied massage client who had tried the RF facial for the first time about 7 weeks ago. I also added the glow facial as recommended. This rating pertains to the facial services only. The glow did what it should as expected and experienced in past, unfortunately no immediate improvement nor to date has shown with the RF facial. I had hoped I'd see something to make another appt but I'm not wasting money with that service. They offer a lot of new anti aging procedures however I'm hesitant with the lack of patient portfolio and this not being a medical facility. Please post before/after photos in same lighting/position if you've had a positive experience with the anti aging procedures. Usually I always think the pressure is too much, but Yovana made sure to do light/medium as my request. The oils and lotions she used smelled really nice. I would say slightly better than terrible. Marisol was my masseuse and to be honest, I asked for a deep tissue, and then requested she use more pressure 10 minutes into the massage, which she did not do. I went in to be relieved of my neck tension which usually causes me to have a headache and she rubbed the same areas around my scapulas applying pressure in areas that didn't make sense. The most annoying part is not the bad massage, but the fact that at the end she says you need a chiropractor for your neck. I get massages frequently to relieve my headaches and the right therapist always helps. Won't be going back. read more

Worst experience of my life! I recently had Lipo and found this place online for post op and called to make an appointment. I wanted to try this place because they offered a 20$ coupon for new customers. Once I arrived I laid down on the massage table and the "masseuse" waited for me to get comfortable and then said she needed me to pay "now" since I'm a new customer. I found this extremely unprofessional as she proceeded to go in my bag and take out my wallet. Then she informed me the credit card machine wasn't working. Now let's get to the "massage." I recently had a post Lipo massage that was incredible so I know what should be done. This "masseuse" began to poke me. I asked her why she was poking me and why she wasn't using lotion. She then told me she was "an American citizen and she didn't have to take this" and left me in the room. She ended this horrific experience by telling me to "go on pain pills" and to "get to a hospital," I left in tears! Worst experience ever! Do not go! read more
