I paid for the premium service and got the bare minimum. The interior wasn't wiped down as advertised, vacuuming was horrible, and when I tried to get someone to fix it, I was told I could either wait until they finished with cars that came after me or do it myself. They in no way tried to help and kept having me go from one person to the other. I was told to ask for Dave and of course he wasn't there. I called to leave a message and was sent to the fax line. I will be calling everyday u til I can speak with Dave and there is a resolve. No way I should've paid so much for such poor service. read more

Honestly I'm afraid of machine car wash, I always like hand wash. But there was a time that I really needed a car wash fast! I was doing a search on Yelp and found this, I came around 2pm and there was no line! I went and get the Super Wash and oh wow, it didn't disappoint! It was one of the best washes that I got! Probably better than the hand card wash! They will take time drying your car! There's a lot of staff in this car wash. While paying I was given a coupon. This is my favorite car wash in the area by far. They do these things right: 1) the wheels! It's hard to find a place that will really dig in and get the brake dust out. These guys pretreat and spray before it goes through the main car wash. The wheels come out looking great. 2) vacuum - they nail the vacuum, even in the back seats and rear of the SUV 3) windows - get the magic full service and they clean the inside of the windows, too! 4) armor all the tires - with the magic, you also get armor alled tires. 5) no damage - I've never had any damage to one of our cars. 6) speed - you can get in and out within 15-20 mins with a super clean car 7) they hand dry your car!!! I went to this car wash because they do a very good job in cleaning your car. In saying that they could have received close to a 5 star BUT! If you have a car of any size with a hatchback you will be charged an additional fee for a SUV size vehicle. I have a BMW 5 series GT hatchback and the lady in front of me had a Chevy Malibu hatchback half the size of my car and she was charged also. I know there will by at least on debate out there. And to answer that right now ( They never opened the hatchbacks to even vac it out to justify the almost $2.00 more ) And no I don't think they should have done that. But to charge people like it's a Ford Explorer or Expedition is not cool. read more

About 99% of the time I can trust Yelp, but this time was a miss. I drove up and saw customers waiting uncomfortably outside on a park bench... kept telling myself to trust the reviews and proceeded in line. Maybe their work is excellent, but I wouldn't know because after waiting in a long line (for 15mins mid-day on a Tuesday; usually a good sign) the attendant refused to do any interior work because they were " too busy." He literally said "can't you see how busy I am" to a potential customer. Perhaps I was considering something like the Express detail package (which is now $85+ dollars), so he was basically telling me he was too busy for that kind of money. My next question was "can I make an appointment or how will I know you have time to provide the service you advertise?" Answer: "you just have to come by and see." Right... because anyone has time for that, as you literally are wasting my time today. Don't bother calling in advance to get an overview of their services because the phone number is disconnected. Like I said, maybe you are looking for a great exterior wash and they may be great at what they do... but for me, supporting a business that gives a rapid wash without customer service isn't worth it. Customers deserve better. It is obvious the focus here is on quantity not quality, and there is a lack of consideration for the people who drive all those cars into this establishment. I was being charge over 30$ to get a car wash Even with a coupon that clearly stated it was 14.98, when I went to correct her she threw her phone on the counter top. Worst experience ever!!!!! Service is the best in the area that I have visited. Have been coming here for a few years and the car has always looked excellent when finished. Workers seem to really care about their job and spend an inordinate amount of time on each vehicle. Wait time is the only thing that might concern you. If you are in a rush this is not the car wash for you. Some days it can take 20-30 minutes to even get to the front of the line and an additional 20-30 before your car is ready. Price is fair and in line with other washes in the area. Addons/upgrades tend to be somewhat pricier than normal but the work speaks for itself. read more

Arguably the best car wash in South Jersey. I'm not a car person, but I'm picky about how it gets cleaned and I am consistently satisfied with the results. The prices are great for the attention and detail that goes into each service and the variety of services are excellent. Expect to spend some time waiting- they take their time making your car look perfect, and they are super busy midday-afternoons, especially weekends. It's worth the waiting or getting up extra early on a Saturday to beat the rush though. read more

One of the only places I go to for an oil change because it's a pretty good deal. I'm a regular here, however yesterday I was treated so bad. They broke my passenger side mirror and my cup holder and tried to fix the pieces back so I wouldn't notice. They were very dishonest. If you go here just watch out for your stuff. Every time I come here they do a great job washing my car. The prices are unbeatable as well. I usually go with the highest package which I believe is the Royal Full Service wash. They do a great job on the interior. You really get your money's worth when you take you car here. They spent at least 10 minutes detailing the interior of my car. It's nice that the workers take pride and time into cleaning the car. The exterior was spotless also. I will be returning back here in the spring time when the weather clears up. This is now my number one car wash place! The wait wasn't long either. It took maybe 15-20 minutes for the whole process. This place does a thorough job cleaning. However, the staff there can be snippy and rude at times. A couple times I wanted to get a full detail and the ticket attendant snippily said "it's too late" the first time I said OK and just got a regular car wash; the second time I came about 1pm and he said the same thing, I asked him what a good time was and he just ignored me and asked what car wash I wanted to get, so the lady at the front desk tells me to come before 12 next time. So my last run in with this same ticket attendant was yesterday, I was pulling up to the car wash under the direction of his hand motion and once I got out he told me in snippy and rude tone not to watch the front of my car and to watch him, Which I don't understand, I'm not going to drive forward when there's a car in front of me under your direction and not look at what I'm doing. So I go to the manager because at this point I know this guy is a bit rude, the manager tells me "well he's been here 19 years and longer than me and I haven't had any complaints" I said "well that doesn't have anything to do with my experience and why I'm standing in your office at this moment and I'm coming to you because I'm giving you an opportunity to rectify it rather than just going to social media or writing a bad review" he says "well you can do that, we have thousands of people come through every day" So here I am! The managers attitude was an "I don't care about your experience because we have enough customers, we can lose one" That will be my last time giving them a chance, I'm sure there are other car washes with thorough work and great customer service skills as well. read more

Came here to give it a try when I first moved to cherry hill. My first impression was that it was dirty and run down. Unfortunately, my impression didn't change inside. Totally bummed! I so wanted this place to be as great as its reviews. I spent $15 on a car wash.....when my car was ready there was food and crumbs still on my carpet and seats. I asked the man if he could vacuum it again. He rolled his eyes and went over it one more time. It didn't look much better but I didn't want to argue. There were also big dust bunnies on my dash board. Long story short...if you have a soccer mom car they won't do the best job. If you have a nice car they will make sure it is clean.
