I did get confused because I wasn't sure if I was successful choosing the template, so I sent emails with the pictures and templates I want. The mirror was a bit different than expected - I guess in hindsight, we should've had some sort of spot light shining in the place we had the photobooth since it was a bit hard to see ourselves in the mirror. Also, because it's a mirror, it's easy to think you're centered in the frame, but you're actually off centered. Overall, it was a fun experience that's different than the other photo booths out there. I loved the little commentary that the mirror makes after it takes each photo. My experience with Magic Tymes for our wedding was not as great as I had hoped however, it did meet a lot of basic requirements. Leading up to the event, we extended our reservation end time from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. however, that was not communicated with the photo booth operator. I noticed that at 10:00 p.m. the photo booth had closed down, but thankfully when I explained it to the operator she started up the photo booth again. Unfortunately, when it was started back up, the photo booth could not connect to the printing system which meant that whoever used it after 10:00 p.m. could not get printouts. Also, the photo quality was not as clear as I had hoped and in a good number of the photos the background was crooked, ultimately exposing some of the window behind it. read more
