This was the best money I spent, and here is why: Customer Service: Vy was extremely prompt about answering emails, and answered all my questions ahead of time. On the day of, I was having some issues with space and the guy who set the booth up, didn't complain when I had him relocate the booth. The booth operator was extremely enthusiastic and encouraged everyone to get in there and take photos. Pricing: I did quite a bit of research online for a photo booth. At first I was discouraged because everyone I found was super expensive. Kandid Snap was priced so cheap, I thought it was too good to be true. But don't let their below-market prices fool you, they go above and beyond: Touch screen monitors, excellent service and great props. Quality: For the bridal shower Kandid Snap provided color coordinated prints, printed the bride and grooms name on there, and allowed you to select the number of prints. Honestly, this was the best quality photo booth I've ever seen or used (and i've been to tonsss of weddings). And the best, best, best part were the props. All of our guests commented on how cute and original the props were. Move aside cheesy props and make room for pimp cups, MJ hats and personalized signs to bring into the booth!! Brian was so easy to work with. He had over 100+ templates to choose from, vertical & horizontal! We got to choose 2 different templates where the guests were able to choose which template they wanted. We got the packaged with unlimited takes and he even did 2 copies for us, so guests can leave one in our photo guestbook. He had a large box of props too! He photobooth printed fast and had no glitches. He setup on time and made the guests feel very comfortable. We were hesitant about our Vietnamese family who has never used a photobooth before but Everyone loved it & even went back a few times! Brian even allowed us to change fonts and colors on the templates he already had. One one of our templates, we were able to add our specific flower design too! The room was totally empty, so we had the Photofox "hedge wall" decorated with flowers and used as a backdrop for the wedding (beautiful). Then, after the ceremony, the hedge wall became the backdrop for the photo-booth. When the dancing started, everyone was lining up for photos.... which turned out perfectly. It really "Made" the wedding, and gave everyone photo memories to take home. They were fabulous, the set up perfect, and the outcome exactly as I wanted. I TOTALLY recommend them for any event!!

With just about a week before the party, I was so happy to hear that they still had an opening for our event date. We were also able to purchase 3-hrs for roughly $430 with tax. It was a steal! From the initial communication with Vanessa, she was responsive and thorough. I had quite a bit of questions, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. I'm sure Vanessa is quite busy. I had better luck reaching out via email, but I always received a response fairly quickly. Prior to the event, they have you fill out a questionnaire to customize the pictures according to your event. Unfortunately, I failed to do it. Whoops! I received an email with some templates. All of them looked great, but we wanted to go with the Hawaiian theme. I emailed Hello Smiley for Hawaiian samples. I received three amazing ones that fit perfectly with our theme. You can see which one we picked in my pictures. On the day of our party, I emailed Vanessa to see if they wanted to arrive 15-minutes prior to their initial arrival time to minimize foot traffic at the start of the event. Vanessa responded within minutes, and they had everything setup and ready to go in a timely manner. Vanessa and George (I think) were great! Super friendly and patient with all our guests as we're known to get a little rowdy. I also received the link for the soft copies of all the pictures taken within a day or two. They were great hosts, and we would definitely recommend their services!! On a side note: You receive 3 pictures per session. You get 5-seconds in between the pics, so be prepared with all your props. Loads of fun!

Vanessa, the main contact that I would email back-and-forth assisted me all the way to the night of the event with quick, thorough responses, and a warm smile (hence the name of the company!) :) She was such a delight, and the price was definitely right, that we are using Hello Smiley again for our party this year! 2016: We booked the standard enclosed photo booth package for 4 hours for about $500. This package came with unlimited photos, props, as well as a photo tech (Dee) that assisted us during the event. We even received a USB with all our pics that were taken throughout the night! Sweet! The classic enclosed booth was intimate, and could fit probably 3-4 people comfortably. 2018: We booked the "open-air" photo booth this year in the standard package for 4 hours. This cost about the same at the year before and will include the same things as the standard package. Due to Vanessa's quick responses, I was able to book their services within 20 minutes online. Dee, the photo tech we had in 2016, helped us out again the day-of. She was sweet and extremely helpful during our party! The open air booth was much more spacious, and we were able to fit over 6 or 7 people in the booth for silly pictures and fun memories! Definitely recommend it if you got big groups! Huge thanks to Vanessa, Dee, and the HelloSmiley team for another great time! PS. They have a stamp card! If you book 5 events (with minimum 2-hr rental), you get 1 hour free!
