I called JR's and explained the situation and asked if he could come tow the truck home. He was there in no time and was extremely polite, professional and caring. He will definitely be my first call if I ever need a tow in the future. My only regret is not giving him a hug before he left, because he was that kind!

You could tell he is respected by the local police while they worked together quickly and efficiently to get my friend's car out of the way and drop it at a repair shop. On the way to drop her off at her house, my friend mentioned she was not charged as much as she thought it would cost so she was thankful for that. While needing a tow isn't a pleasant situation, it seems D&D made it as smooth, safe, and as low anxiety and low cost as possible. I will definitely call them if I breakdown in the McKenzie, Huntingdon, or Paris areas.
