His replies were quick and to the point, which I appreciated very much. Charlie, the painter was punctual, even arrived a few minutes before the scheduled start time. He was kind and ready to get the job done. He set down all the proper taping, item coverings, brown paper to not track paint. Then he cleaned the walls section by section to prep and then he was off. He was here about 7 hours and did a fantastic job for the size of the area and being solo. My mom and I found him to be friendly and informative about the painting process and answered all of the questions we had. After the job was done, payment was easy and Nur emailed me an invoice. We are moving in a few months, but if anything else comes up that we need, we will not hesitate to use this company again. Recommended 10/10

I had nothing but problems with Jose and his team but hopefully my experience will serve as a…read morewarning for others. I had LVP floors installed and had my subfloor leveled. Jose had his team/family members do the work, and though they were hard workers, they were incredibly bad at their job. The leveling was completely inadequate and I had to get them back to redo two rooms. The transition pieces were all uneven and they broke one, getting glue everywhere. Jose loves to gaslight and says "my team wouldn't do that". Of course they did and the images prove it. Multiple walls had the flooring right up against the wall instead of leaving the 1/4 inch required gap for expansion. Jose himself was the worst communicator, not saying when his team would arrive till 30 minutes before, when they weren't coming everyday and a few times wouldn't show up due to random excuses. But the worst thing of all, was how uneven the subfloor is. They put so much self-leveling that I had to severely modified doors so that they could open. It was done so poorly, the subfloor varied by a half an inch from the door frame to the wall where the door opens. This was the case on three of the doors in my place. Closet openings were even worse, being 3/4 of an inch off from one side to the other causing lots of expense and a lot of work to find a solution to get a closet door to fit. Overall, the work done is what I would expect a first time floor layer to do. Jose himself was full of excuses and loved to gaslight. The price might seem competitive, but the quality of work makes you feel like you overpaid multiple times.

We also decided to have an existing entertainment center painted to match the cabinets as they were in the same general location. I have provided before and after photos showing the work. We went from the old brown wood look to a much more modern blue. Marcelino and his team were excellent to work with. They were always on time and very polite and friendly. I can't overstate how great it is to have people arrive on time and as discussed (may seem obvious but I've had the opposite experience from other contractors). The work itself was done extremely well. They took great care to mask and tape everything off and created what was essentially a confined room to encapsulate the painting. The finish on the paint (varnish) was exactly what we wanted. This was definitely the correct approach from a cost/value perspective. For a fraction of the cost to replace the cabinets, we have them looking nearly brand new. I can't recommend this business enough.
