We procured three quotes for wallpapering and painting. Tom came promptly and was very nice,…read moremeasured, and gave us an estimate ($2,100 for our 1,548 square foot home). One of the other quotes we received was $2,600.00, and that individual did not measure, so we went with Tom and are so happy we did. We don't live at the property yet, but Tom made it very easy for us to work with him, and we totally trusted him with our home. Tom also fixed issues from the previous painters at no extra cost to us (like where they had gotten paint on the trim and moulding). He worked extremely fast with precision, kept us in the loop on issues with the house, and even fixed 2 walls for me where I mistakenly told him to paint them the wrong color. Our final interior bill came out to $3,100.00 because the house ended up needing 3 coats instead of 2 coats due to the dark color the previous owners had selected, but that also included materials and was still cheaper than one of the other quotes we had received. We liked Tom and Chris' work so much that we also selected them to paint our exterior, and they did a fabulous job. Not only did they go above and beyond by actually fixing areas of our home where the paneling was coming off and caulking it back onto the home, but they gave it a thorough power wash and coordinated the work with other exterior contractors. I have posted progress photos and will update when the work is fully final on Saturday! We highly recommend Tom and Chris for anyone seeking to paint the interior or exterior of their home!

I followed up and checked reviews. They're legit licensed, bonded and do good work. Fast forward to the first day Armando and Andres started the job. They consulted with me and confirmed the features of the dwelling and the specific colors set for them from Sherwin Williams pallet for this model. Shout out to the lone faux shutter feature in da back of da house. *rolling eyes*. These guys communicated clearly the job and the specifics to be done. They explained to me the way they will paint the eaves and gutters (a little different from the original paint patterns). I'm good with that. That actually matches what all the neighbors did with their new paint jobs. Armando and Andres got right to work starting with the power washing for day one. The humble abode might have sighed a great sigh of relief when they did this. Gone are the tree sap, chimney soot, dust and pollen stains. Next day, cover up and protect. Then next 2 days paint all large surface areas and most of the trim. Day 4 finish all trim and doors. Last day, touch ups. These guys work hard and thoroughly. We are so happy and relieved to have the house painted right with the correct premium paint - Sherwin Williams. Looking over the humble abode now... She looks polished and beautiful. Take that HOA! I had nothing but problems with Jose and his team but hopefully my experience will serve as a…read morewarning for others. I had LVP floors installed and had my subfloor leveled. Jose had his team/family members do the work, and though they were hard workers, they were incredibly bad at their job. The leveling was completely inadequate and I had to get them back to redo two rooms. The transition pieces were all uneven and they broke one, getting glue everywhere. Jose loves to gaslight and says "my team wouldn't do that". Of course they did and the images prove it. Multiple walls had the flooring right up against the wall instead of leaving the 1/4 inch required gap for expansion. Jose himself was the worst communicator, not saying when his team would arrive till 30 minutes before, when they weren't coming everyday and a few times wouldn't show up due to random excuses. But the worst thing of all, was how uneven the subfloor is. They put so much self-leveling that I had to severely modified doors so that they could open. It was done so poorly, the subfloor varied by a half an inch from the door frame to the wall where the door opens. This was the case on three of the doors in my place. Closet openings were even worse, being 3/4 of an inch off from one side to the other causing lots of expense and a lot of work to find a solution to get a closet door to fit. Overall, the work done is what I would expect a first time floor layer to do. Jose himself was full of excuses and loved to gaslight. The price might seem competitive, but the quality of work makes you feel like you overpaid multiple times.
