She was never once pushy and let us wander and discuss different slabs before finally making our decision. In the end, she saved us a lot of money by figuring out how to fabricate our countertops with one slab instead of two slabs. Her team was efficient in measuring our cabinets, laying out the template, installing the plywood countertop and installing the quartz. Lilliana allowed us to come and lay the templates out on our piece of quartz and help decide how it would fit and look in our kitchen (she is a pro; she did the majority of all the work and she did it very well). She was meticulous with designing the layout and making sure the veining in our slab would flow nicely from one piece to the next. We are very happy with our countertops and if we had to do it all over again, we would not change a thing!
