Worst service ever. The owner is a liar and a crook. Destroyed my carpets and refused to take responsibility.

Wow! That's the best way to describe Lisa's prompt and professional service. I just moved into a new place and multiple rooms were riddled with pet and food stains. I was sure I would be installing new wall to wall carpet. I decided to give Magic Wand a try first and I'm so happy I did. I only wish I had taken before & after photos so you could see the transformation for yourself; coffee stains, per urine, etc. and it's all gone. Thank you Lisa! read more

I was very disappointed with this service. She was on time cleaned both bathrooms and vacuumed the stair rug and announced she was done. I asked if she had washed the kitchen floor. No did I want that done? She washed the floor-not easy had to do on her knees. Missed spots. This appears that this is what you get for $125. She was very pleasant . Maybe I needed to be more assertive but I've had housecleaners before that did a more though job without asking. No dusting,no vacuuming or washing of the hardwood floors. read more
