Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. Lost 3 hours of my life today because of service experts of nh located in amherst nh. I left work…read moreand waited 3 hours for the tech to come to our house and in the end sent him packing with no work being done. The gentleman who came to our home was polite and professional but we were only looking for a quick cleaning before a party on Saturday because the carpets are coming out soon. We had a coupon for 3 rooms 450sqft at 99.00. I was then quoted a price of 220.00 for a deep cleaning and then scotch guarding on top of that which would be more. When I said we only wanted the special he called his boss and said they had a reputation to uphold and it would take him many passes with the steamer to get the rugs even decent and he would only do the deep cleaning because that would provide the level of cleanliness they could put their name on. I once again explained the carpets were coming out to be replaced with hardwoods and the level of service he offered was not needed but he insisted so I told him we were done then and he could go. Needless to say we will rent a rug doctor and I would not recommend these guys to anyone due to their obvious bait and switch tactics.
