When I came out to go home, not only was it a better windshield than I had before but they took my parking permit and oil change notification from the old one and put it on the new one. I was expecting to have to do that on my own. The tags they could not replace (clean freak), they left in my car in case I needed it. These things sound small but it was stuff I never thought of. Their own guy even admitted he made a mistake by failing to re-clamp correctly, but the company insists the damage was pre-existing. 3 weeks and $3000 later, I now have to report it to DIFI, better business bureau, and small claims court.
