She's very responsive, honest, and instills confidence that our kid is being taken care of by someone who clearly knows how important even the little details are to parents and young kids. Our son transitioned up while there, so he was in two different rooms. First, Ms Betsy and Ms Sandra took care of him with all the other youngest kids. Next he went down the hall to Ms. Sue and Ms Sarah. Each caregiver was great. After the initial adjustment periods our son would run happily into "class" every morning. And when my wife had surgery and couldn't lift, Ms Jane would come out personally to carry our little guy in and out of the building (on site parking was great, by the way). Highly recommend!!!

We know that our daughter is always supported and loved, and she has adored her teachers in each of the classrooms she has entered. The school has a good balance of learning and play, and as our child has moved into the toddler wing, there are more and more interactive activities for her to do. The leadership builds community within the families and really loves when they are involved, and they are also communicative about issues/changes to schedules, etc. We have had few problems, but when something comes up, the issue is handled right away. One of the things that we love is the diversity within the school and the celebration of so many different holidays. We get to share some of our traditions and traditions we get to learn about the other students', which is something that we had been looking for in a school. We are so so happy that our child is at Meadows, and we look forward to our continued relationship with her school!

LOL! They have cameras in every classroom so you can see what is happening all day. It is a service through WatchMeGrow. Everything there is brand new, from the toys to the cabinets and cribs. Staff is beyond friendly! Jessica mans the front desk and is always friendly even in the wee hours of 6:30AM haha! Ashley is the director of the place. She is also super friendly! My kid is in the 1 year plus room, and the teacher there, Esmeralda, is wonderful! They do a great job of interacting with the kids all day long. The kids come home exhausted!!!!!!! The kids run around destroying it all, and the teachers run behind cleaning up what they can. They feed them breakfast around 9am, then lunch at 12, and a snack in the later afternoon, but you can pack more in their bags and if the teacher sees them hangry, they will give them the snack. They change their diapers every 2 hours no matter what, and more often if they get a whiff haha! The teachers really care. The teachers do as many activities with them as possible, from coloring to painting, and even going outside on their enclosed playground. All in all, if you need a place to watch your kid, this place is stellar! From super attentive staff to super clean facilities, this place is the best. You should rest assured that your kid is in good hands here.

Everyone is certified which is a rare find (I know this from having previously worked in a daycare environment). It was a difficult decision for me to send my daughter to daycare, but I can confidently say choosing TLS was the best decision. My nieces attended this daycare a few years back and it was great then. The love, care and attention given to the children is excellent. I appreciate Priscila's love for the children and wanting to make sure they learn and play in a clean and developmentally safe environment. My little one was timid and concerned at first since she has spent her first year with only her dad and myself but now she loves going and even waves good bye to me. She smiles as soon as she sees her teachers and the other kids. I hear them all cheering when she walks in the door and she leaves with a smile on her face. She comes home with projects which let me know she is learning colors, letters and enjoying the special days that are offered. The curriculum is age-appropriate and they encourage play throughout. Linda and team do an incredible job of planning each day with learning and fun! Prior to coming to tiny stars my 3 year old daughter had very little experience with letters and numbers bc her prior preschool just didn't have the proper curriculum. Unfortunately it just didn't work out and we decided to take our child out after four months of enrollment. It was just a series of events that led to this decision, but the worst part is how it ended. Since he started in April, we felt like he's been out of the daycare more days than he attended(2 weeks for covid closure(thankfully my son didn't have it), a little less than a week for coxsackie closure(unfortunately he caught it from one of the kids), a random day in June, these upcoming two weeks for training and Labor Day, and possible two weeks Christmas Eve thru New Years break) and we're still paying for all of those days he's not attending on top of paying for a sitter while the daycare is closed. We wish we were aware that they have extended breaks instead of just major holidays like the other daycares in the area. What make matters worst is that they have a system where you pay for the month in advance. We notified them in August that our child will no longer attend the center in September(the month we recently paid for) and requested to get the money back. First we was told that our agreement states we have to give a 30 day notice(which it absolutely doesn't). When we went over the agreement and explained how it doesn't, we was just told that accounting team won't give a refund with less than a 30 day notice. I honestly feel scammed for my hard earned money and this experience has left a real bad taste in my mouth. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had and no parent should have to go through this.
