Not a great experience. For a class focused on teaching kids coding, my view is that the staff has a a lot to learn.

They promised a refund, but I never received it until I followed up multiple times, and eventually they gave me a credit instead. * The second time, I showed up and the door was closed with nobody there. Again, I didn't receive the credit until I reached out a second time. * The third time, my class was once again canceled last minute. At that point, I decided I was done and had to request a refund again. It's very frustrating to plan my schedule, drive over, and arrive ready for class only to find cancellations without proper communication or timely refunds. I really enjoyed my past experiences here, but the lack of reliability and follow-through has made it difficult to continue.

I realized it and asked the teacher if I was in the right spot. She said I was not and to call the office and talk to them about it. I called the phone number she gave me AND the one listed online (left 2 voicemails bc no one ever picked up) and I emailed them and no one ever replied to me. I wasted $20 because I left after the second song... the class wasn't even good. It was a teacher who plays a Spotify list of songs and then you put on different hats to each song while they do hand motions to the song. It was SUCH a SAD excuse for a music class, esp after having experienced Lovebug and Bloom. Also, The elephant hat smelled so bad I couldn't put it on. It was disgusting. They really need to either get some new hats or wash them or something. It smelled like wet dog. Overall, this place seemed kind of rundown. I will never be back because why would I spend money in a place with a zero customer service and subpar classes?

There's parking in the back and also street parking. Pricing wasn't too bad considering I think they play here for a couple of hours so it's good they don't charge by the hour(s). Also, you get a discount for the 2nd child. The place has a lot of space compared to the other playgrounds around here. From slides to balls to pretend stores and make up, there's a section for all ages which is pretty neat. First room has a play area for toddlers while the opposite side has a slide and maze for school aged kids. Then there's the other bigger room with a trampoline, basketball hoops and maze. Adults can hang out at the tables or sofas while their kids roam around. Place seems pretty secure but could use a better lock control at the front. Otherwise, place is great to bring your kids to have fun and get out of the house for a bit.

Ball pits, trampolines, slides and many more engaging things wait for your kiddos. I have taken my 19-month son here twice and he loves it every time. It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

Our kids ages 2 to 7 all had a great time! There was so much to do, from walking through the river and doing water play, to sand play in the pretend lake, to crafts (that we didn't have time for), to climbing equipment, and building/engineering/physics activities. Plenty of things to do both indoor and outdoor. The physics section is great for older kids too, even middle school (but the rest of the museum is definitely geared to elementary).

Outside, there are two adjacent outdoor kid's playgrounds. Near the entrance they have juice and fruit vendors and a balloonist. Entry fee is very reasonable at under $50 for family of three with in-and-out privileges. Inside the museum, its like 80% outdoor exhibits and 20% indoor. They have an onsite cafe and food vendors throughout. The outdoor exhibits has a park area dedicated to physics. You'll see fans, pulleys, etc. to help your child appreciate scientific concepts while having fun. They also have tie-dye stations, climbing structures, tricycle race tracks, live music, and my son's favorites - the sandbox and pretend farmer's market and veggie patch. I noted lots of friendly staff dressed as camp rangers working with the kids and maintaining order with a smile, which is huge. Inside the buildings, you'll see traditional kid activities like toy trains, quiet reading areas, legos, and even more climbing structures. Looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area. The in-and-out policy is nice since they have lots of nearby offsite restaurants in nearby Old Pasadena.

Everything is super colorful and set up in a way that actually keeps them entertained instead of getting bored after 10 minutes. One thing I really appreciated was how clean it was. That's always my biggest concern with indoor play places, and this one felt really well taken care of. The staff were also really nice and present without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. There's a good mix of things to do too--areas for younger kids and enough going on for slightly older ones so no one feels left out. It's one of those places where kids can just run around and be kids while parents can actually sit for a second and breathe. Overall, it just felt easy, fun, and stress-free. Definitely a spot I'd come back to or recommend to other parents looking to get their kids out of the house.

Plenty of seating for parents, and honestly, it's one of those rare places where both kids AND adults leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, stress-free place to let the kids burn energy and have a blast. We'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic time and truly memorable event!…read moreWe celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday in style with our guests saying that it was truly the best party they've ever attended. Many of the adults had as much as the kids. The regal package plus some time in the "secret basement" with VR and gaming was a major hit. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and treats. We were able to use time before to set up and the staff of 7 was very helpful in all of it for the full 4 hours. DJ took our Playlist and was easy to find when we needed announcements. Parking was a little tricky but manageable. The venue is pretty spectacular. 3 floors plus a bonus basement floor (as an add on) made it more than memorable. It was a steep price but it is certainly worth it to do once for a child. Perfect for 30-40 children plus 80-100 adults, depending on the package you with. Unfortunately there is no negotiation on price. Everything is firm but at the end of the day, they are upfront and honest about the cost so just plan, save, and make it count. Highly recommend to try once. It's more than a celebration. It's an event!
