I agreed on the price with the internet sales staff, and went in to look at the quad and another motoX bike for my granddaughters. Found what we were looking for and got the paperwork started. Explained my wife was out of town and would return the following Wednesday (4 days out) all contracts were signed with docusign, and I explained I wanted to see the paperwork, but numbers added up, until I received the final paperwork after calling 6 times. The agreed upon price of $2995 was $$4500 making the numbers work by extending the already agreed upon sale out to 4 years. I purchased pre owned because I didn't want to pay set up fees, and additionally they added $707.65 of accessories while we purchased zero accessories. I've tried contacting the sales department, sales manager, since the purchase at the end of February, It's now May 4th. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE WITHOUT AN INKED CONTRACT ON THE TABLE BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE NUMBERS UNTIL THEY FINALLY SEND THEM TO YOU AFTER 9 WEEKS. Here's the kicker, still not registered with MVD. There are other, reputable, sales for MotoX, Jet Skis, SxS, in the valley that I will work with in the future. He's not that "pushy" salesman guy and he won't make you feel uncomfortable at all. I purchased a Honda Shadow for $1,500 below book value and Jason even helped me negotiate with the owner for a lower price. It's a beautiful bike and in excellent condition and I'm sure Jason could have listed for a lot higher. He also has his mom and dad working with him at the shop, so it's a wonderful family business feel. The only negative experience I had was that, more than likely, the bike had sat for a while before I bought it and it was running a little rich and had a lot of backfire, but after a little gas treatment and a new air filter, she's running just perfectly now. But with Jason's background being a Mechanic, I was a little disappointed that Jason didn't correct that himself before putting her out on his showroom for sale. Other than that, my bike is in excellent condition and am very happy with my very first bike purchase with Powersports Broker. I recommend Jason to everyone I know that's looking to purchase a bike. This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall.

They only made around 200 of these cars so I was nervous to lose it. I took it over to the shop and their owner Steve put me at ease. They were able to rebuild the custom front bumper and remake another body panel that wasn't a reproduction. They sourced and rebuilt parts and put her back together better than new. Very easy process and Steve gave me updates throughout! Would highly recommend!

Had I called my insurance, they would have classified my car as a total loss for the price that was quoted. Finding great reviews here, I called Steve, who looked at it and promised to call around find the parts from local salvage yards and call me when he had gathered the items. As promised he called and I dropped the car on a Tuesday morning, he got the car back to me on Thursday looking practically new. All for a fraction of the price the chain body chop wanted. I had a few dings and a broken mirror assembly on my C class that was planning to give to my son as high school driver. I wanted to get them fixed, Steve and his team replaced the mirror and fixed the small issues for less than 150 bux. Super fast, quality work and an awesome person to work with.
