Magnet Max is located in Miracle Miles Shop at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. As I was walking by, something caught my eyes. It was a donut on the wall. I love donuts! I had to walk up closer so I could see why there was a donut on the wall. Well, it turned out to be a donut magnet. First time ever for me. I was intrigued! I had to get my hands on a couple donuts. Indeed I did. A chocolate donut with sprinkles and a cupcake both came home with me. Besides magnets, this cute shop also sells t-shirts, sweaters, other apparels and accessories, souvenirs, and other cool stuff. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Service was quick. I didn't stay too long. After my purchase, I was on my way to the next spot. If you happen to see Magnet Max, go on in and buy yourself a donut magnet. They are cute to look at. I'm currently on holiday from Australia and have visited Las Vegas multiple times, always enjoying the friendly atmosphere--until this visit. Unfortunately, the service at this shop was very disappointing. The woman who served us was one of the rudest people I've encountered, which really took away from the experience. As a returning visitor, this was unexpected and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service makes a big difference, especially for international tourists. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this shop based on my experience. read more

If you happen to get yourself a magnet each time you travel and you are tired of tracking down a souvenir shop to find one, just come here. This place, as the name implies, has a massive offering of magnets. On top of your typical magnets, they offer some of the most unique magnets you can come across. Along with your typical magnets they have ones that make you think, 'why didn't I think of that?' They have magnets with moving parts, magnets that are double sided, and some realistic looking food. I was impressed and amazed with the double sided ones. If I wasn't being nebby and trying to find the price, I would have not noticed this. Even though it is magnet focused, they have other souvenir staples in house. Shirts, bags, jewelry. Also, this place some of the hardest sales I have seen. They really want you to come out of here with multiple items. Whether it be the magnets, keychains, or shirts. Some of the best customer service you will find as well. Stuff and things ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Rarely do we purchase souvenirs in Vegas... we come here often enough, it's almost like our second home (maybe someday the move will actually happen). We passed by this store located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. We park here because it is still one of the places on the Strip that is still free parking and it's in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. We went for a quick visit across the street to check out the seasonal display at the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens at the Bellagio... -whew! sorry, long intro... We were on our way back to the parking garage, the mall was just opening up and, guess what, yup, we were lured by all the sales inside the store, some up to 75% off. We went inside to browse through the impressive selection of merchandise. Everything was on sale -- clothing, toys, tote bags, hats, unique items and, of course, magnets... lots of them, all souvenirs and memorabilia were on sale like they're going out of business kinda sale. The store clerk was super friendly and we ended up not only buying things and stuff but we spent some time chitchatting with her, a transplant from Elk Grove CA (some 25 mins from where we live). The retail environment is always changing so not sure how long this store will continue to be there. Every time the roommate and I go on vacation, he gets a magnet and I get a "I heart (whatever city/state/country we visit)". These are our souvenirs when we go on trips. Realizing we never got any during our past Vegas trips, we decided to stop by Magnet Max. They mainly have magnets, but also offer other souvenirs, such as clothing, shot glasses, mugs, etc. We ended up getting 3 magnets for $12, but you can also get one for $4.99. They had a white I heart Vegas shirt for super cheap (like $6-8?), but I had already bought a black one from another souvenir store. A fun shop to stop by and buy souvenirs for your family and friends back at home. They have your typical Vegas type of magnets, for example: Cards, dice, martini glasses, I Love Las Vegas etc.. However, they also have some really unique and fun magnets! Too many to list, so I'll just describe some of my favorites: Hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream and alien looking things that are similar to bobble heads except all of their limbs move around. Prices are reasonable and they have specials on buying multiple magnets... I believe $5 for one or 4 for $12. They have t-shirts and sweaters here too if you are interested. Since I was in Vegas for the first time ever, it was an absolute must that I had to get souvenirs before I left. So when my wife and I went out to stroll the Vegas strip we happened to stumble upon this place. And I have to say, that this place, is by far one of the cheaper places in Vegas to purchase souvenirs. They had a variety of items like magnets, bags, and clothing. My wife and I ended up buying quite a few magnets, a bag, and a couple of one dollar bills with president Obama's face on the front. When we were finally satisfied with items we got to the register to get our items rung up by the cashier and we were 100% satisfied with the total price. We visited quite a few souvenir shops in Vegas, and the ones we visited didn't have prices like Magnet Maxx. If your ever looking for souvenirs at a reasonable price, well then I think you should visit this place because I'm pretty sure you'll come out of here with at least one item. read more
