We were running a little late for the RuPaul Drag Race Live show but had to make a quick stop at the Werkroom to grab some new fans, (cause you must have a fan to snap when attending a show, duh) Luckily, they were right up front, so we were in and out before the show officially started. Afterward, we came back to browse, and I'm so glad we did! There was a ton of great merch. everything from themed Monopoly games to books, clothes, and the cutest little magnets, I grabbed a few to add to my collection. The Werkroom mirrors were adorable too, and the one I checked out even had a picture of my absolute favorite queen, Ms. Kameron Michaels, which made me so happy. The vibe of the whole place is super fun. colorful, bold, and full of little touches like disco balls that make it feel perfectly on theme. If you're a Drag fan, this spot has plenty of goodies to choose from. So don't skip this little shop, its not too far from the show itself. read more

"You Better Werk" I had no clue that there was a legit RuPaul's Werk Room!?!?!? Say What!!!!!! When I spotted it, I practically ran in, haha. It's the little things am I right? RuPaul's Werk Room has lots of RuPaul and Drag Race memorabilia. They sell hats, shirts, pens, goodies, magnets, and the list goes on. I love the bright colors, and the lighting is perfect. It almost felt as if I was in thee actual Werk Room. My daughter and I got t-shirts, a hat, and a magnet. I felt the prices to be reasonable and not overly overpriced. If you are a RuPaul fan, you'll have to make a pit stop at RuPaul's Werk Room, located inside the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. read more

Date of visit: 10/18/21 My fiancé is a RuPaul's Drag Race fanatic (we had tickets to see the show back in September of 2020, but ew, COVID) and I knew I had to stop here when I was in town for a work conference. The shop currently has limited hours, only Thursday through Monday, from 5 pm to 1 a.m., I suspect to coincide with the nights that the show is appearing at The Flamingo. Staff is friendly if not necessarily engaging with the shoppers in the store. While most of the items are merchandised well, some items did not have price tags, such as Michelle Visage's book and the Ru albums for sale. There was a fair amount of merchandise to be had at a variety of price points, from $5 temporary tattoos, $10 magnets, $36 "Shade' beach towels, and the obligatory expensive clothing items. The glassware and tumblers are probably the best value, but you are likely to find SOMETHING for the Ru superfans in your life. read more

Wished it was better stocked! We visited this shop after the show. It was stocked but you could tell they were needing a new shipment of goods. Weird sizes etc. We did find a couple Of shirts and a mug but would have easily spent double what we did if there was more to chose from. The shop keeper was helpful and got us a size large in one item we wanted. Their marketing person and creative staff weren't in their A game as many of the shirts were pretty boring and lackluster. Easy for me to say I guess but I just wanted to get something really cool to remember the show with. read more

This store is my dream. The only thing that would make the store better is if they had the badges, the rupeter badges. But all in all it was a really cool store they had a bunch of autographs everywhere especially RuPaul's on the mirror. Prices are kind of high but it's strict prices so you really can't expect them to be super cheap. I got a bunch of shot glasses ,magnets ,and some make up things. I was very much looking forward to visiting here to get some swag to commemorate my time here. I couldn't help but to feel so surprised that this store is so tiny and the merchandise is so expensive. It was hard for me to justify buying some of the items that I wanted and ended up leaving with less than intended. There was only person working during the time I went and she was very friendly. I was being really indecisive and she did take her time to help me make my selections. It was not busy and I was able to browse freely without issues. If you are a fan of the franchise or have someone in your life that is a fan, I recommend making the visit. What I thought was expensive might be OK to you so don't let it deter you. It is open Thursday through Monday from 5pm to 1am. The Flamingo Promenade also has some Drag Race merchandise for sale if you do not want to wait for the Werk Room to open. read more

I am only giving the store 2 stars because I am very disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. I visited Vegas for my birthday and I was able to see the Rupaul show which was great!!! After the show, I went to the Werk room and spent $60 on random things for myself and my friends. One item that I purchased was a Rupaul Pint Glass and from what I remember it was $13. Once I got home I wanted to wash the glass so I put it in the dishwasher and when I removed the glass from the dishwasher it is already peeling. I collect Pint glasses and of all my other glasses non of them have been this cheap especially for the amount that I paid for the glass. I am not sure how else to contact Rupaul and or The Werk Room to also let them know of my disappointment in their quality of merchandise. read more

I am a HUGE RPDR fan so I wanted to love this place!! This was high on my list of things we had to do. Being able to sit and take a photo at the mirrors was exciting, and seeing the mannequin heads from the queens was also a highlight. However, I found the rest of the Werk Room to be underwhelming. I didn't buy anything since I didn't find anything that seemed worthwhile for me to buy. I still think it's worthwhile visiting here for that mirror pic though. read more

Just got back from the hospital after having a few shots from my souvenir shot glass. Do not drink our of the cups and shot glasses. They have a toxic vinyl lining inside the cup that will get into your drink. Should be marked for decoration only. Dangerous. read more

Go here after the show. It legit looks like the the Werk Room from the show. The merchandise is normally priced for Vegas, but I loved the mannequin heads that were signed by queens who were/are part of the show. Definitely worth making a pit stop to get some swag! read more

I recently browsed this shop after watching Rupauls Drag Race Live at the Flamingo. The Live Show was amazing, the Werk Room was not. I was unacknowledged when I asked the female attendant a question. After repeating myself I was met with a less than helpful and sarcastic response. Leaving me with disappointment, so I left. I highly suggest others to visit the Flamingo souvenir shop along the same corridor but closer to the casino floor. They don't have a huge selection but they do have some Rupaul Drag Race memorabilia, none the less. read more

This place had a lot of cute stuff. I couldn't decide on a product and asked for help. The response was a rude snap about how none of them are their taste because they are under $10 and they don't buy cheap things, but if I wanted to spend my money on something tacky I was more than welcome to.
