Over the weekend, my wife's car broke down. Smelled like gas and gas was spraying everywhere under the hood I literally thought the car was going to catch on fire. I just knew it was going to be bad! After assessing the situation, the fuel rail going to the fuel injectors had a crack in it, spraying raw fuel everywhere. Larry assured me that it was not the catastrophe that I thought it was going to be. Very fast. Very efficient and very good! Larry also understood that it was an old car with a lot of miles on it. They dropped the diagnostic charge and I added repairs I knew the Jeep needed plus the issue that caused the engine light to come on. Walked away happy, but suspicious. I am paying for German Quality and getting poor workmanship, apparently delivered by high school students on work study. They are sloppy with no attention to detail. They don't listen. Let me tell you the sad story of my Porsche's driver's side door. It was fine, worked great, but the window made a noise when it rolled it down. They talked me into getting a new window regulator with a story about someone's car breaking down in the middle of nowhere (not sure how an electric window motor would cause me to be stranded, but I went with it.). They charged me $750 to replace the window regulator. That is a lot of money for that job. They kept the car a long time, said they ordered the wrong one, finally got it right. New Window motor promptly failed and window is stuck. They did repair it under warranty, but when I got it back the door liner has a visible gap between it and the door, and the plastic corner piece was loose and dangling by an electrical cord. WTF? And NOW the interior door handle didn't work, and you couldn't open the door from the inside, effectively trapping you in the car. So they charged me ANOTHER $450 to replace the "Bowden cable", and gave me back the car with an even bigger door gap and the corner piece still dangling, even after promising me they had fixed it. I called the manager over and he said, "the clips are broken". Yes man, your mechanic broke the clips, and when they do that they replace them with new clips, not charge you $1,200 to give you back a car (dirty) that is now not even fully reassembled. And you still can't open the door from the inside and are still trapped in the car. $1,200 to make a car much worse. Never again. This review applies to Richard and the Woodlands location, maybe the Spring location is better.

Three weeks later car is still not fixed, we returned rental after a week because we did not trust that they would reimburse us, sure enough, they are now saying that they refuse to pay for rental because it is newer than the car we own. No shit it is newer.. this is 2018, not 2000... Duh! Now we have no car to drive, and no rental either and are out almost 3,000!!! Stay far away from this place, they do shoddy work and will rip you off!!

We have spoke with David on many occasions and still no results, in fact he told us that we can take the car somewhere else if we want to get it fixed but of course doesn't want to refund out money. This…read moreseems like a way for nick to claim restorations when it was a half hearted effort to do them right. Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again. And it still wouldn't be done properly. Nick, I think you know who I am and if you want to give me a call please do. Because this report doesn't come close to letting you know what a crappy job your garage did.
