One of the ushers decided that this would be an appropriate time to hit on several girls at the funeral of their recently deceased friend. He talked about how "beautiful" they were and asked for their numbers. I was extremely angry and called the company the next day to complain. I talked to an equally condescending man on the phone who just kept repeating that the young man I repeated was simply "a good Christian man" and would never mean harm. This situation was so wildly inappropriate, and I would caution anyone who deals with them. I am posting this now because even at the almost two year anniversary of his death, I will never forget how this company made a terrible day even worse.

I can't remember the young man's name, but he was great too. They were both caring, patient and knowledgeable. The funeral home was decorated beautifully and was super clean. We couldn't have asked for better staff and funeral home. We have had two loved ones there already and will continue to use them in the future due to our precious positive experiences. He went out of his way to find Clemson pins for the pallbearers and family. The entire staff was so caring and considerate of our wants and needs. I was impressed by the care given to my daughter-in-law's appearance. The details were perfect. The staff worked with my son and his budget, and didn't try to push more than what he could afford. Kyle explained the different costs clearly and gave us good advice on managing them. Even after the funeral, the business office has worked with my son to arrange an even better payment plan.
