The first day I showed up without my husband (he's been away at work) I met Alexis who is very nice and Pam was very nice today I only showed up because my husband Frank and I shop in here when he is in town. I recently called to inquire about Cosmo flowers and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Pam. From the moment she answered the phone, her demeanor was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked about the specific flowers I was looking for, she responded with grunts and a truly awful attitude, then put me on hold. Upon returning, she only provided a partial answer, stating they had three types but refusing to specify the last one, even after I explained I was particular about what I plant. She then audibly grunted, dropped the phone, and walked away without putting me on hold. When she finally returned, she spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her. After I thanked her and asked for her name, she replied with an extremely sarcastic and rude "thank you." This level of customer service was completely unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression. It's a shame, because despite the incredibly poor customer service, the products themselves are actually excellent. I bought some plants from them about a week and a half ago, and they're already sprouting beautifully. None of them were bad seeds, which is impressive, especially since I didn't even plant them right away--they sat on my desktop for about three weeks before I got around to it. The quality of their products is clearly top-notch; it's just the customer service that really needs a lot of work. read more

Some people have complained you're not open on Sunday! Good for you! A day for the owners and workers to spend time with THEIR families which this world needs more of. Handy for those things you need without having to drive to Tomball to the big box store. They had items that the big box store didn't in time of emergency (like pipe insulation during the freeze)! Great store if you need something last minute. Some things were way overpriced while others were not. They have a variety of hardware and garden supplies, among other things. Service wasn't anything exceptional. Glad this store is around as it seems everything around here is a good 20 or 30 minute drive. read more

Does not matter what you are looking for, the staff will do what is necessary to help you find it. Very helpful people. They stock more that the standard hardware store with items for the Farm/Ranch community. Prices are comparable. This place Rocks! Only downfall is they have a guy who like the Red Socks. read more

This is a great little hardware store. So convenient and all the staff is so friendly! I went to Magnolia Hardware & Supply today to get plumbing materials for repairs due to the freezing and I was expecting smiling friendly faces...nope. The employees and the owner himself, were the RUDIST AND NON-HELPING PEOPLE IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I am in the service and repair field and if I treated customers like I was treated today, I would not be employed very long. I even told the young man that was checking, THANK YOU. Not once, but twice...THANK YOU. NEVER SAID A WORD BACK. Excuse me, I'm the customer, tell me THANK YOU!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY THERE AGAIN. I came in just browsing with my 3 year old son and Jimmy walked right over and asked my son what his name was. He ran to the back and got my son a hat and made him feel so special. As we walked around he came back with a paper bag with his name written on it with quarters for him to get candy out of the machine. It was the sweetest thing and my son was so excited! It's an independent local business that hires local kids and financially supports the high school sports programs. They're a Stihl dealer and carry other industrial grade lawn/garden equipment. I've bought and serviced my Stihl product here and I've been very pleased with the overall experience. I could probably find things a little cheaper, but the difference is negligible and I like supporting local business that give back to the community. read more

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with hellos and employees come to you to help you find just what you need as quickly as possible. Most of the time, the employee will give you suggestions on fixing your hardware need or will suggest a great product they carry to help you. Not very happy with this place at all. I was in the middle of painting my bedroom when I ran out of paint. I called and spoke to Sharon. I asked her if she had my type of paint in stock. I was very specific in my description. I sent my husband to get the paint along with the color card and a picture of the can. The paint appeared to be the same color but they used a different base. I did all of my trim work with it before I realized this. I had to repaint all the the trim all over again which took several hours. My husband called to see if we could return it and they said no! Forty six dollars later lesson learned! I will never shop here again! read more

i work out at the fairegrounds, and wanted to switch from small propane tanks to a large one. what i didn't know was that this required an adapter to make the pieces fit together. i ended up getting to the hardware store right before they closed. without any gruff from the workers trying to close up- they helped throw together a few pieces of piping to create a custom adapter, and was out of their hair in no time. I didn't freeze that night, they kept me from having to travel over an hour to maybe find what i needed at a general store in Tomball, and were exactly what id expect from local service. just superb customer service guys! i know it was a hassle at closing, but i am forever grateful! thank you thank you thank you! read more
