However, what impressed me most was how the management stepped up when there was an issue with the marble that was selected for the kitchen. The slab had to be replaced and they were 100% responsive and attended to the problem until it was completely resolved. This type of "taking care of the customer" doesn't happen very often anymore. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Arizona Tile to anyone looking for Tile or counter top material.

They gave us a quote at the time of the slab selection and when the fabricator called the have the slabs delivered they increased the price by $1200.00. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

There are so many brands and different light qualities coming and going, some being absolute junk, but I always trust that they do their research and only carry the most reliable products at M & M so I don't have to and they stand behind their products in case it doesn't perform well, even if it's longer down the line. In particular, the new generation of low profile LED lights they carry are in a completely different class than the generic old fashion stuff they carry at big box stores. Seeing the actual lights in a realistic demo is a huge help in deciding whether something is right which you don't get anywhere else. They're just a bunch of lighting nerds over there so if you want to dim or automate lights and tie them to your Alexa, they'll point you to the right direction there and explain what you need.

To many little things and David felt after the job completed, warranty items he found a way to put them off for the money we spent 187k to adjoint bathrooms . Of course, this all took place through the pandemic. Workers were hard to come by! Top it off, we purchased the best of the best product fixtures, so on so forth. Not even a year later, the shower head is pealing. We had nemoures repairs via David, and he did very poop planning for the humidity in the addict, having to hire some to clean this up. The list goes on an on, so back to shower head, bath of America is warranting the head, but David isn't covering any warranty work, as he never told us several months back he's retiring. Just found out today. But yet his store says opening Wenesday 9a.m. . David is a crankey guy,in your face kind of guy. And the price they charge is robbery. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM. They do not clean after themselves and they leave paint splatter and glue splatter all over your new tiles and marble. THEY EVEN MESSED UP BRAND NEW TILES AND LEFT THEM CRACKED AND BROKEN AND INSTALLED IT ANYWAYS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM. They also messed up the kitchen wood floors and did not even bother fixing it until we pointed it out. AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT. These people do NOT know what they are doing. We have done many remodels and this is the worse company we have ever worked with. The assistant Cody even let it slip that our home WAS THE BIGGEST PROJECT THEY EVER HAD. WHAT?!?!? My house however, being constructed mostly of wood, and having seen some sixty plus years on this earth, has recently demanded that a certain amount of cosmetic care be performed. OK, it's just siding and shouldn't be too hard to find....once again my assumptions concerning the workings of the world have pr oven to be completely incorrect. Three weekends of banging my head against the walls of box-stores and "contractor only" lumber yards lead me to this little gem of an establishment. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inviting probably isn't a motif to be expected from folks who sell long planks of wood. Once through the doors things aren't anymore easy on the eyes, but the fantastic assortment of construction related odds and ends is something to behold. There were fasteners for the gutters that I had assumed had fallen out of production years ago, and copper flashing for the front door that I purchased just because I'd never seen it before. Aside from product, the folks working there didn't seem to mind that I had no real idea of what I was looking for...an attitude that had been sorely missed in recent encounters. No one minded that the only information I could provide was a rough sketch of my siding profile, improvised on a post-it. They answered with actual samples of the profiles available...which was pointless because they knew exactly what was needed based on the neighborhood my home was located in. While the process of actually loading the lumber into my vehicle seemed a bit confused and haphazard, little time was wasted and the transaction left me with more than I managed to accomplish in several previous weekends' time. HGTV designer craziness this place is not, but for the practical homeowner trying a bit of the old DIY this place is worth a stop.

They will deliver it for $100, I offered to pay that and have them deliver it to their own yard as a way around and I was told it was impossible. So come in at 4:10, knowing they close at 5, have to wait at the counter to get served for 20 mins, then I'm told the yard closes at 4:30 so can't collect today and will have to come back in the morning. Considering it's a lumber yard, the yard actually being open till 5, or just closing at 4:30, or mentioning it on their opening times would make sense. Turn up in the morning at 6:40, to be first through the gate at 7, to only wait 15 mins to even have my paper work looked at to pull the order. It's a terrible service. I use this place when I'm in a pinch, now I will just avoid at all costs. Doesn't matter who you are or how much you spend (I'm a contractor that spends 80-100,000 a year now else where) , they are not interested in decent customer service. Do yourself a favour and look around for a different supplier. Make this your last option.
