This not only fosters a toxic environment for students but also undermines any semblance of justice or accountability. Teachers and staff are equally unsupported, especially when conflicts arise involving wealthy families. Instead of standing by their educators--those who dedicate themselves to shaping young minds--the administration appears to bow to financial power, leaving teachers disheartened and vulnerable. What should be a nurturing educational institution has devolved into a business driven by revenue, not relationships, and certainly not by Christ. The well-being of children, the professional respect of faculty, and the cultivation of a caring community have been sacrificed on the altar of financial gain and branding appeal. TWCA is not just failing in their mission--it is actively harming those it is meant to serve. Education should inspire and uplift, not divide and exploit. Please do your research beyond what their fake advertisement leads you to believe. Good people do not graduate from The Woodlands "Christian" Academy after what these kids are put through and exposed to.

Cooper balances a healthy mixture of embracing exciting traditions while being trailblazers and innovators in education, advisory curriculum, and athletics. While there are some positives, ultimately the cons outweighed the pros, and we made the decision to withdraw him. One of our biggest concerns was the lack of structure and classroom management, particularly with teachers Amy and Natalie (science and ELA). It never felt like they truly cared about our son as an individual, and issues at school were never communicated to us as parents. We've had our child in private schools for years and have never encountered some of the incidents we experienced here, incidents that were genuinely appalling. The school seems to promote freedom and compassion, but in our experience, that often masked a lack of accountability and consistency. Natalie, the reading teacher, was known for favoritism towards certain students (especially the girls), and this was widely acknowledged among the students but never addressed by leadership. Behavior issues in the classroom were often ignored, and there was no real structure in place to support student discipline or teacher accountability. Academically, we were disappointed by the lack of real assessment and instruction especially in reading and grammar. Grammar, for example, was only corrected during portfolio work, but not actively taught. We had to hire outside tutoring just to get our son up to grade level. After an assessment for a new school, we discovered he wasn't at grade level for math either. In summary, while the school may present a warm and progressive image, the day-to-day reality did not reflect true care, structure, or educational quality. Children need both freedom and clear boundaries, and above all, they need educators who see and support them as individuals. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I cannot recommend this school.

Coming from Germany only 5 years ago, the size of the public high school was an issue which we did not anticipate. Cunae is in comparison a lot smaller, but that was in our case exactly what we were looking for. Our son absolutely thrived in the last two years. The IB program was what attracted us in the first place, but the whole concept at this school is fantastic.

The kids are required to do presentations, research papers, projects that prepare them for college. The school teaches life skills ensuring the the children make choices and take responsibility. I love that the teachers all know him and his personality, his learning techniques and his strengths and weaknesses. I like that the principal and the teachers of the school uphold the high ideals and standards that they put forth to the children and that they don't change based on new fads or inappropriate parental demands. My younger son, in the two year old class, keeps impressing my with his knowledge as well. HE can count in English and Spanish, knows his days and months, and lately told me about he Pilgrims. It's well run, structured, and genuinely caring. Ms. Mia and Ms. Kim were outstanding. They were attentive, communicative, and clearly invested in our child's growth and development. Drop-offs were smooth, and we always felt confident our child was in good hands. We're grateful for our time there and would absolutely recommend them to other families. If only we could pick them up and move them with us and away from the madness of 1488!

In my son's rooms there was constant turn over. He started there at 8 months and we left right…read morebefore his 2nd birthday. Just when we would get use to a teacher they would be gone. But there were times that every two weeks there were different teachers in the room. One lasted 1 day because the state came and did a background check on the employees and for some reason this new girl was released that day! The last straw was when he was moved up with his friends to the next classroom. I was nervous about this change because he finally had 2 teachers that lasted a month! But I was promised (by the director) the teacher had been there for a long time and was great. So we were hopeful. So in the new class room we were not there long at all, when an accident happened and...it is now 6 months from when it happened and he still has a scar. The kids were playing outside and when they lined up to go in, they said he ran off, tripped and his face went into the iron fence and his teeth through his lip and into a board as he landed face down on the ground. If you know my child (who is not perfect but very shy) this is not his nature! I asked the lead teacher what happened and she flippantly says she doesn't know....HE was covered in blood and she does not know! I was in shock, grabbed my child and left! The next day I go to see the director who was not there when this happened and she tells me that the lead teacher didn't show up to work and quit...that screams something is wrong! She then calls in the other teacher (another new hire) what happened and the above story is what I got. She said she was busy with another student but saw it happen. I ask her what she is going to do to ensure my childs safety (as he has also been bitten in the new class just the day before....deep bite through a sweater and his skin was broken on his back) and again, I am given the speech to give them more time.....NO I was done! I was calm, over and over again as he was bitten (skin broken) because new teachers were not keeping kids engaged. I believe when we left, the number of times he was bitten was 8 and he didn't bite back. The teacher told me they had a kid who loved to bite, but there was not a bite policy in place other than they would talk to the parents. And the teacher in the classroom told me that child was a problem as he bit 3 kids on the last day we were there. The several times I did drop ins, they were not following curriculum! I know I should like a helicopter mom, but when your child keeps getting injured.... you start to take notice quickly! And this is how I found out about a teacher putting soap in a child mouth.....but the director/owner can spin a story to place blame on everyone but them. I moved my child to another school (United Methodist in Montgomery) after this and at 6 months now with the new school....no injuries! He has had the same teachers the entire time and he has learned so much.....verses Primrose where he was not because they were constantly training new teachers. I regret that I allowed my child to stay there as long as I did!
