The call mysteriously disconnects and I call back but it's too late. No one picks up because it's after 5:30. I reschedule myself online. I call at the time of my appointment and am out on hold. Call disconnects. I call again and am told the person I was supposed to talk to just took in a walk in. What?? During my scheduled time? Am told I'll get a call back between 1-2. I don't get anything until 3:30. Mind you at this point I had rescheduled again for 4pm since no one got back to me. I am told that there's nothing for 4 and that no one can help me. I was supposed to have my meeting at 11;20. Yes? That's the time I called and was told that the person took a walk in. How is that my fault? Am told maybe I can have my call the next day at 9am which doesn't work for me because that's when I start work. After expressing frustration someone helps me. They told me that my balance is only 800 because they charged me fees due to the fact that they once sent me the statement to my address and got returned. Instead, they charged me monthly fees due to "unable to contact customers" that I had not heard of such fee until now. I requested to speak to the manager and did not get even a phone call. I got a small refund check of $105 for a fee. They said that they also mailed a check of 800 to me in May, but as of today, I still have not received it yet. I called few days ago and they said they sent it to the CA unclaimed dept. (not sure why). I had to call them several times and each time each rep promised that they would take care it, but I have not heard or received the 800. Needless to say, deposited 1K 4 years ago in a saving account with this bank and at best, I will get back $905 after many phone calls/hours spent with their agents that repeatedly said they have no ability to help except relating my messages to their back office that never call me back. Overall, I would stay away from this bank as far as you can. This is the most terrible credit union bank I have dealt with in my 50+ years.
