Over the last 2 months they've given me every excuse in the book about why they can't close the account. Now this account is $800 overdrawn. My other account with them has my direct deposit. I got paid today and went to withdrawal $1000 so I could open an account elsewhere. The ATM did not dispense the money, yet it took the money out of my account. PNC says they'll dispute the transaction, but because it's pending there's nothing else they can do. So because their machine didn't work I'm down to $5 to my name for God knows how long. They don't care, it's not their problem. The customer service and overall experience is disgusting.
