While working, he also complained that the job "wasn't worth $$$," which felt unprofessional. I was hoping to find a reliable local print shop for a new 10x10 banner and brochures, and a simple, positive experience could have led to more business. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve consistency and customer care.
