Either you're at capacity or you're not. It was obvious that the rules only applied to certain people. This kind of treatment is unfair, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for paying customers. Instead of being honest and treating everyone equally, they prioritized a select group while everyone else was expected to accept being turned away. If VIPs are exempt from capacity limits, then don't tell everyone else you're "full." What made the experience even worse was the way security treated everyone who wasn't on the VIP list. They came across as rude, dismissive, and made people feel like they were somehow less important simply because they weren't VIPs. There was no reason to speak to people the way they did or make paying customers feel embarrassed for asking questions. This kind of treatment is unfair, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. If VIP guests are going to be given special access, at least be honest about it instead of telling everyone else you're at capacity Management should seriously address both their customer service and the way security interacts with guests. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to be treated fairly, actually management NEEDS to seriously reconsider how they handle capacity and customer service because this experience was extremely disappointing.

I let him win twice... okay 3 times. I tried a seltzer that was so good. The taco truck left right after we got there'.
