My requests--even when I didn't know what I wanted or was talking about were not laughed at, but simply clarified, and done. Yeah you can go to fedex office or one of the large office supply chains and pay 2- 3x as much and get someone who is more clueless than you are- OR you can go here- where they are real professionals who enjoy what they do and are happy to help. Its not as convenient, they close at 5, its a hassle to get there sometimes, but I have never felt like it was not worth it. THE BEST!
