Purchased something online, as many of us have been doing lately. One of the return options was to bring the item into a FedEx store. This location was near where I was. Two employees were working. One employee was helping a customer with a papercutter, while the other one was working the register. A few customers were in the store. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Along with packing and shipping supplies, this location has stationary, pen, and that sort of thing. read more

I guess I don't do a lot of shopping at the FedEx store that would warrant giving it less than 5-stars. I only came here this morning because I bought a new laptop and it arrived damaged. I got an RMA from the shipper, slapped the label on the original box and drove to this location. It's conveniently located right off Northern and the 101. I was greeted when I got to the store. It's clean. The gentleman asked me if I just needed to drop off to which I replied, "Yes....". He took my parcel, scanned the barcode and gave me a receipt. I was in and out of the store in less than a minute. Not sure how it could have possibly be any easier? Obviously, I didn't need to do a ton of business. The seller paid for the return and I just had to slap the label over the original one on the box and then hand it off. Seems like it was a 5-star experience, if you ask me. read more

This business is NOT handicap friendly. When I drove up I found not one but two trucks parked in the only two Handicap spots. When I told the gentleman at the counter how important those spots are to the people that need them like myself, he said they are just loading. This FedEx store needs to be reminded that is NOT a loading zone, those parking spots are for people with disabilities like myself. read more

Went to drop off one package that contained 1 trading card, which is the size of half an index card, inside a 9x7x1 envelope. The employee charged me $12.43 for this. The price was ridiculous that I decided to keep one package to drop off at the USPS where it costs me $4.75 for .50 ounces. I then took photos of both receipts and realized that the employee at fed ex charged me for .05 lbs. so basically I got ripped off as the employee obviously doesn't know the difference between ounces and pounds. I didn't even ship it as priority or anything just regular. And I can't even get a refund which is absurd. Their customer service was also useless and said that there was nothing I can do and refused to issue me a refund. What an incompetent company. Save yourself the trouble of getting cheated and go to your local USPS. read more

I had to send a document by the next day via fax or overnight. I asked the cashier's opinion, because I am never sure about faxes. You can't guarantee they will get to who they need to. He recommended a fax. That was the limit of his customer service. I was asking questions, because I am not familiar with that machine. He was polite, but useless. He was more interested in flirting with his coworker, and being on his phone then actually doing his job. I wasn't sure if I fed it into the machine properly. The machine itself gave me somewhat of an indicator. Nothing from the cashier. When I paid for it I asked for instructions. He recommended the cheapest option, but my bill was cheaper than that. He said the actual price should come out of my account. For his sake let's hope so. I was so unsure I went to UPS. The young man there, James was excellent. These two had similar hairstyles, but the difference in customer service was night and day. I would give zero stars if that was an option. UPS will get my money . James needs a bonus. This guy at FedEx should be sorting packages. That way he has no engagement with customers. read more

I've used this store many times, for big projects and little ones. They've been great, I send a picture to there store, go and print it, the ones who don't know how to use a printer, are giving bad reviews, I airbrush for a living and use printers for stencil ideas, thank you Fed Ex! read more

I was at a nearby hotel for a conference and needed some certificates printed. I arrived around 8pm and Desiree was helpful and friendly. I had brought my own cardstock to print about 25 certificates. They printed beautifully, except for the way that the documents were sent to the copy machine, it combined the documents and printed incorrect certificates. I had no more cardstock and I had to return the next day. I returned with more cardstock and the second time they were printed, Desiree had to send each one individually to the printer instead of as a group, but they turned out very nicely. Because of the issues from the previous day, Desiree was generous and I did not have to pay for the printing. If I am ever in this area, I will return to this location. read more

what idiot repackages the items like a blind person. and then asking if they wanted to pay extra for bubble cause fedex shipping isnt that secure. what employee makes a remark like that? well i guess that person was right, my items came all broken. but the fact that he repacked all the items that was already secured, was such an idiotic move. why would you place a glass jar in a ceramic mug, put paper wrapping on the bottom of the box and then place all the items on the top?? i get it that you have to check whats in the box before shipping but come on, pack the items back together in the right place. someone get this man a bop-it toy to help his memory read more

Really convenient because you can drop off Express packages on Saturday and they'll be delivered on Monday. You just have to get there before 3pm. Plus they're right off the freeway. read more

I have used many Fed Ex printing centers and was highly disappointed in this location. I was having issues with a machine and none of employees offered any assistance. They glanced up and went back to what they were doing. When I asked for help the employee whom I asked seemed to be bothered with me for asking. The only help given was that I was probably doing it wrong. If that's the case then you would think he would come and offer to show me. I eventually figured it out payed extra due to the machine getting stuck and left. I recommend going to the one on Bell Road instead. read more

I emailed a request for quote this am for printing and got a response that it would be an hour before I could get a quote. OK I guess I can wait an hour. It's been 2 hours and no quote so I called the location. After navigating through their auto attendant I got to the option to speak to a customer representative- Except the do not answer the call. Just for the heck of it I let it ring about 20 times but that was just a waste of time. I really am not sure how a business can stay in business like this. Very disappointing from FedEX. read more

Back in Dec. 2014, I wrote a negative review of this store, and gave it a 2-star rating due to one negative experience. Despite my characteristic "you get one opportunity" attitude, I continued to patronize this store (because it's the closest location to my house), and I'm glad I did! Since the one frustrating experience, the staff, notably Desiree and a couple of the male clerks (whose names I am forgetting but Austin is one, and the other guy has dark hair and a beard - sorry!) have been consistently professional, polite, good natured and efficient. I have been in the store dozens of times and have had nothing but good experiences since my original complaint/review. In the past 9 months, they've more than redeemed themselves, IMO, and I'm a harsh critic with high expectations. They have earned each of their 5 stars. Bear in mind, this is not a big store, but I've been able to get all my printing, copying, and shipping needs met there. read more
