Small cozy establishment, decent pricing, good baristas, nice selection of pastries. They can get busy on weekends so you may have to wait 5-10 minutes but the coffee is worth it. The space is divided up into several rooms where several people had their laptops out working or studying. I had a hot latte that was warm at best and a raspberry croissant. The croissant had a nice raspberry flavor but the latte definitely could have been much hotter. The coffee though was good and no sweetener was needed. They have a nice outside porch area with a fan for sitting when the inside gets too full or if you just want to enjoy the outdoors.

I got there right when they opened, at 8am, because I wanted to get some pastries while they were freshest. When I got there, people were already around the door waiting for them to unlock it and open for the morning! It is located right behind Wawa and the building itself looks like a house. The inside is super cozy with ample amounts of study spots. They have 2 stories with a mezzanine looking over the main floor. There really isn't another coffee shop like it near campus. I really cannot emphasize how homey the vibe is, you have to go and check it out for yourself. The interior is also kept very clean, which is always nice. The service is super friendly and personable as well. The staff seemed to know the regulars there and were easy to talk to. Service is just on point! Pascal's prides themselves in making their own syrups and hand crafted beverages. They also frequently have specials or special holiday menu drinks. But I actually didn't try any coffee this visit, I came for some pastries! Pascal's serves fresh pastries from Uppercrust (local bakery). I have only heard rave things about Uppercrust, but had never gotten the opportunity to try them. The pastries are given to Pascal's each morning from Uppercrust to sell , so they are very fresh. They had an array of croissants, some scones, and cookies. While it was hard to choose, as they all looked DIVINE, I opted for a vanilla bean scone and a raspberry croissant (per the baristas recommendation). I got them to go because I had a meeting, but next time I will for sure enjoy them there! The raspberry croissant was heavenly, flaky, and buttery, with the perfect amount of fresh raspberry filling inside. The raspberry croissant was a great recommendation and was just amazing. The scone was huge, super buttery (in the best way), dense, and moist. One of the best scones I've had by far! Not too sweet and a good vanilla taste. Would highly recommend both. Overall, Pascal's is a wonderful little coffee shop. Vibes are just the best and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Especially on some of these cold mornings--perfect place to be! The service is the friendliest and very welcoming. They clearly take pride in what they do and look forward to serving the community. While I didn't get around to trying the coffee, which I will certainly will my next visit, the fresh pastries from Uppercrust were superb. Definitely will be planning a visit to Uppercrust soon too. I am looking forward to my next visit to Pascal's, and this time I will make sure I have time to stick around a little longer!

What struck us was the kindness of the staff and the very serene and relaxed atmosphere of people just sipping coffee, talking, getting some work done in the nice quiet library-like area. We wish there was a little bit more on the menu but in general the drinks were phenomenal. Everyone was super nice and it was very relaxed so we'll probably be back.

We like the beans that Break Coffee offers, so we were glad to find that Sad Donkey chose to serve Break Coffee beans. We like shops that make homemade syrups, and Sad Donkey Coffee does not make their syrups in house. I chose to sweeten my coffee with liquid cane sugar to lessen the additives. Overall, the coffee shop was a great stop for us!

The drinks were amazing 10/10! They only have drive through and we ordered by giving our phone number. I will be returning very soon to try a new flavor!
