They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

Clinical Outcome: A dental restoration performed here failed/chipped after only three days！ Clinic's Response: Instead of addressing the failed treatment, the clinic sent me a formal letter dated 02/12/2026 (attached with my private address redacted). The letter explicitly states that they will "no longer be able to provide" dental care, citing a breakdown in the relationship that "became apparent due to your Google review". It is my opinion that a healthcare provider should prioritize patient care and the quality of their clinical work over silencing patient feedback. (I don't like someone silence me, so I update again) Prospective patients should be aware of how this clinic handles complications and patient concerns.
