So this means that a $4.50 cleaning charge will now be $6.00 EVEN though Master Card is only charging 12 cents (3% MAX) for the use of the card. This is such an unfortunate policy that borders on unethical overcharging. I am willing to pay the 3% Mastercard fee, but I am not going to be robbed by such an outrageous and unethical overcharge. Very sad. I am off to find another Dry Cleaner. One who is ethical. Such an irony that they call themselves, "We Care" and they overcharge you so blatantly.

I love the local wash ! Always an attendant cleaning the premises and the machines and seldom a broken machine or issue . The hours are fantastic and they even play cool music from ceiling speakers . You can also wash your own car in the bays or go through the touchless car wash while doing your laundry. I highly recommend this business . I travel from Portsmouth to Hampton just to do my laundry .

My whole closet, all the clothing I hung them next to... I unwrapped them and "aired" them out, but the smell was just terrible. Smelled like old take out and dirty carpet or something- just really bad. I paid almost $500 for this. These clothes were brand new, never worn. I didn't want to wreck them before my conference, but unfortunately, this cleaners wrecked them. One white blouse had a blue mark slashed through the back of it also. Machines looked brand new and stainless steel. The washers were clearly marked for load size: 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs. I picked two 30 lbs snd as navigating the cc reader, they were up and running.
