I wouldn't recommend their service. I scheduled three hours for them to clean three bathrooms and the kitchen. The cleaner arrived without her supplies and had to leave to get them, which wasted a lot of time. In the end, she only cleaned the kitchen and two bathrooms, and she wasn't able to finish the third bathroom. She also didn't sweep or mop the floors in the kitchen or bathrooms, and she used my kitchen sink to wash her dirty tools. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had such high hopes! Laken was so nice and we had such a great conversation and she was very accommodating in getting me scheduled. This is where it takes a turn to not good...I paid $291 and some change for a deep clean and I maybe got a surface clean. I had to inform the house cleaner that she needed to dust the lamp shades AND the bases and that she needed to polish the sides and fronts of the furniture not just the top(you would think this would be common knowledge but not so!). This person also didn't make the beds....there was only 2 to make...stating she didn't know I wanted that??? The cabinets were not wiped, the top of the fridge was not cleaned....there were so many other things I don't have time to list them all. My house was not dirty by any means, dusty yes and it took her over 5 hours and I had to go back behind her and clean. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I was offered another person for a 10% discount...not a redo for half, something to make it worth my while to try them again. So book with caution y'all. read more

3 hours and not even close to clean. Dust everywhere, floors mostly done. Maybe a 1 hour job.

Basic cleaning services not even executed properly. Items not addressed: Upstairs bathroom tub not cleaned Upstairs coffee table, side tables, etc., not dusted, glass tops not wiped, Floors not swept or vacuumed prior to mopping, basically just pushed the dirt around. After walking around the house we had to vacuum the dirt left behind. Items on floor not moved, mopped floor around lamps, stands, etc, but did not move to clean around or behind Island not cleaned. Still had tea and coffee residue from this morning. Kitchen counter not cleaned. Only wiped front. Did not remove items and wipe entire counters. Kitchen sink not cleaned. Cleaning residue and water spots all over sink when they left. Faucet not wiped down, water spots, splashes on counter. Garbage not removed. Utility room floor not cleaned. Very disappointing service. Will not recommend or use going forward. read more

Cleaner pushed dirt around, did not move anything, when cleaning floors, or dusting. Cleaner did not clean bathtub, or kitchen sink. She did not even take out kitchen trash or clean the kitchen counter, the list goes on. No way was this a deep cleaning. We had to go back through to reclean our home. S200 wasted & 4 hours. I have been looking for a maid service in Plano,Tx for a few months and I am so excited to have found one! Make sure to use the yelp discount if it is still available! Russ (I believe he is an owner) was so nice and easy to talk to and patiently answered all my questions. Scheduling was super duper easy. What I really loved about this company is that they list their pricing online and also the fact that I had one cleaner and not a team. I feel like the one cleaner is more accountable since they are responsible for all of it. The pricing includes any type of cleaning that you need - whether it is deep cleaning or service cleaning! This is great - check my yelp reviews for The Maid Place - they charged for a deep cleaning surface but I ended up receiving more of a surface cleaning. Since they are an agency - they do all the vetting for you including background checks and checking reference. They usually have their earliest person come in at 8 am but because I had to leave for work around 7:30, they found a cleaner (Amanda) who could come in early to fit my schedule. Amanda was great! She did an awesome job - got baseboards, ceiling fans, the fridge too :) I ran a load of sheets before I left for work and she threw them into the drier and made the bed before she left. She even actually cleaned the big Jacuzzi Tub in the master bath - which usually just gets a wipe down. I was pleased when I came home yesterday and I would use their service again. read more

It was a very bad clean service I ever had, I ordered 6 hrs of clean job, and they called for extra 2 hours job, after 8 house of clean, the floor still dirty, the window still have spider web and the kitchen counter still not clean, the cleaning job was not worth for 8 hrs rate $346. I have to hire someone to clean the house again. very disappointed for this top rate clean service. I was looking for a cleaning company last minute and it was over a holiday weekend to clean a lease house we had already moved out of and needed it cleaned within 2 days. I started looking online and got a few quotes and couldn't believe how high it was for a light clean. A lot of companies were already booked, some didn't bother getting back to me and some were just too high for what I needed done. Needless to say this company got back to me immediately, gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed availability. I decided to use them and was very happy with the service they provided. I am so incredible frustrated. I am having family over for my birthday and arranged a cleaning of my house the day before as I don't have time to clean due to other commitments. Less than an hour before arrival I get a call that the cleaner had a flat tire and couldn't make it. Their other cleaners apparently "wouldn't" drive to Dallas. When I asked if anyone could come the next day, I was again told NO. I'm so disappointed as I now can't find anyone at the last minute and will have to spend my birthday cleaning instead of enjoyed the other activities I had planned. I have a recurring cleaning (weekly) with Carla, and she does an amazing job! We started with every other week for the first few months, but decided we wanted to have her come every week. We generally keep our house pretty clean (I know everyone says that, but we do - even Carla concurs). I am so sad that I have to put this negative review because I was so excited to have someone come clean. The actual cleaner they sent, Rachel, was wonderful and did a great job! The reason I am leaving this negative review is because of the management, Lydia. Lydia asked if they could come an hour earlier then my appointment. This wasn't a big deal (actually preferred), but then they were unable to come until an hour AFTER my appointment time. I left work and arrived at the house early to let them in. This was hard as I was allotted for a 4 hour cleaning and I have a baby with bedtime, feedings, etc. and poor Rachel wasn't finished until 7:30pm! When Lydia arrived to the house I was not impressed with how she spoke to her employee. During the walk through (amongst other things) she also informed me that "it would be cheaper to buy new blinds then to have Rachel clean them".
