A 8:30am to 12:30pm cleaning was unexpectedly $420.01 for a 525sq foot apartment. It hurt. They will tell you on the phone to expect a charge between around $181 and $290, but you need to read the automated email sent out after you get off the phone with them to better understand the tacked on fees that may come your way. That being said, the cleaners at The Cleaning Force are fantastic. I hired them around a year ago for this same apartment and was charged around $200. I would not recommend The Cleaning Force. read more

I had a cleaning lady that was constantly on her phone and continually going out to her car at different times instead of focusing on cleaning my home and then she ended up leaving early two hours early. Another cleaning lady actually stole 130.00 perfume from my home what she denied taking. Another cleaning person showed up and said they were there from a different company. Do not waste your money with this company. I spent $400 and I've never been so disappointed with a cleaning service before. They talked me into paying for an additional 2 hours of work because they couldn't get the work done in the timeframe they originally promised. After the additional 2 hours I had no clue what work had actually been done. It looked the same as before. They didn't sweep, mop or dust very well. I'm not sure what they consider "deep cleaning" to be. I've hired an independent person to come and re-clean. This company would not compromise with me on payment, so now I'm out the $400 I paid them and the more reasonable $250 I'm paying the independent person. read more

So bad. I scheduled a deep clean before the holidays and they sent a team of two people. Even two people couldn't do the job right. They left my master bathroom dusty, didn't wipe down doors or baseboards, as advertised and didn't move items on the kitchen counter to clean underneath. When I asked the team to finish cleaning the office, they replied that they only had 7 minutes left. Was I paying for time or a clean house??? I paid over $300 for such terrible customer service. Such a horrible job that when I called to complain, the manager or owner said he would give me a $50 refund through Venmo. Never saw a dime of it. read more

This week it was Jessica B by herself, and once again I was impressed with the quality of the cleaning. Each service was thorough and impressive- a far better job than I do myself. The pricing structure was very reasonable for the level of detail included. Excellent cleaning company. We've had the cleaning force out to clean our house a few times and they always do such an excellent job. They were recommended to us by a friend who has used them for a long time. We're very happy with the service we received and will be continuing our service. I really like with my very large house that I can contract them to clean for a certain number of hours. This way I am only paying for the stuff I really care for them to focus on (bathrooms, kitchen, etc) and not the rooms we never go in. They do normal house cleaning to from what I gather, but this works well for our house. Highly recommend! read more
