I have used Maid Right services for the past year and have always been happy with service. I was originally going to book them every week, but because they do such great work I only have them come bi-weekly. I've had other cleaning services in the past, but what I like most about Maid Right is that the owner makes the appointment and checks to make sure everything is great. Maid Right will continue to have my business because I know they care about their customers. I also appreciate that when I am working from home, they come and work in my office first, so that I can continue working while they finish up the rest of the house. A few weeks ago we scheduled a deep clean. In addition to leaving a list with the scheduler, I spoke with the manager/owner and gave clear expectations for the deep clean. Originally, we were told the cost was $250 including a $50 deposit. The day before I spoke with Sean who said that the cleaning would be within a range of $250-$350. Some of my requests were cleaning of baseboards, light switches, wiping all cabinets, checking for dust and or cob webs, and anything in touch range of a 2 and 5-year-old. When I returned home the house looked and smelled the same! There was NO detailed cleaning at all. My husband and I sent more than 40 pictures of GENERAL areas that should have been cleaned i.e., cabinets, counters. On top of it all, I was told that the charge would be $400. I would have been happy to pay that if they met expectations. When I addressed my concerns with the supervisor he said those were "minor mistakes" I explained that I orders detail clean, so those minor things could be cleaned. While he did agree that there was an oversight he requested that I still pay because he needed to pay his team! He claimed that they were working "hard" for 4 hours. I explained that clearly, that is NOT possible since they didn't even WIPE chairs. We ended up paying $250 not for service, but because he implied his people would not be paid and made it seem like it was our financial responsibility. I also sent 30+ photos to the supervisor and he kept saying yea we missed that, wow that could have been better, not sure how that was missed etc.,. We selected his service because my husband is a military veteran and prefers to work with organizations that acknowledge his service. In this case, the discount didn't matter because we ended up paying for a cleaning that DIDN'T happen! I hate to be cliché, but I would have given ZERO stars if I could. They are quite professional and pay a great deal of attention to detail. Before sending in their crew , the company owner executive, pays a visit to the home to evaluate the price of the cleaning services, and the man power that is needed to get the job done and to answer any questions the client may have in order to make sure that they are satisfied with their cleaning job . When I first tried to schedule a move in cleaning for the place I was renting, they were already booked for the day/time that I needed. I was able to schedule a service after I moved in. Sean was very responsive and spoke with me about what services I needed. He sent a team of 3 cleaners who got to work as soon as they arrived. We were in need of a new maid service and someone available to clean up after our annual Christmas party. We tried Maid Right and they did a pretty good job. I know the holidays can be hectic!! They missed a couple things but Sean was quick to send his team out again to go over the spots that were missed. Just got my 2900 square foot home cleaned by these guys and all I can say is "WOW!". The ladies did a fantastic job. I have 5 adults and 4 dogs in my home and it really is a chaotic zoo. My master shower base was really stained. I had tried bleaching it but it just didn't seem to make a difference and they were able to make it look "almost new"! :) They did a great job dusting (I have lots of knickknacks-so I know it took them a lot of time) and they even cleaned the blinds and ceiling fans. When I arrived home after a long day of work, my home not ONLY sparkled but it smelled so good and fresh. Will be using these guys again in the near future! read more
