Sherry does a great job; I highly recommend her. Her daughter, Savannah, is a ray of sunshine whenever she comes with her mom to help clean my parents' house. Both always greet us with a smile. Nothing is ever too big for her. If you need something done, Sherry will make sure it gets done. She has been cleaning for my family for over 15 years. I contacted this business based on a referral. When I spoke with the owner Sherry I was excited because she said she did construction clean up. I stressed that I wanted windows, tracks, blinds and shutters cleaned. She assured me she would be able to handle it. That her team does it all the time. When she came to my residence I received a call complaining that the house was being renovated. She did a terrible job. My tenants complained and I contacted her. She said that she was sure her team cleaned but she didn't check their work and they had a new guy. That she didn't spend too much time on the floors because she figured they would get dirty again. I checked the house. Left streaks in the dust on all blinds. Called her. Listened how she was upset that the tenants and electrician said she did a bad job. Let me also say we had a death in the family that day also. I explained it was a hard day. I had worked 12 hours. Went to the house and it's dirty. She said the electrician must have urinated on all three toilets. She came in the morning knowing it was the same time countertops were being installed. Called upset that she had to work around a trade. But during our first call she said she could. Basically she packed her toys up and left. I went back out that afternoon. She had said that the blinds etc were clean yet my finger prints were in streaks on every blind and shutter as they were the day before. She offered me fifty dollars back. I had tipped her 25. For being so quick so basically she was offering my tip back plus 25. You might wonder why I wasn't at the house to meet her. Well she was recommended by a trusted friend, I couldn't leave work and was assured she was good. She now refuses to meet me at the house so that I can show her what I see. Of course she went right to the bank with the check. Now I will be cleaning up the house. I would gladly have paid more for a clean house. I am disappointed as she claims to be Christian. I am disappointed as she was referred to me by a friend. Sherry was aggressive and defensive and unwilling to meet me to see the dirty blinds and the streaks. She is proud of her work and defensive. While stating she did not check the new guys work and admitting that she didn't mop because it was evident it would get dirty again. Save your sanity. Go with another company or do it yourself. I tried to be reasonable because I want it clean. Now I have filed a dispute with the bank. I am out 350 dollars. And will contact the BBB, clean, then hope to safely drive 9 hours for a funeral. She is not shiny or happy when a customer cpmplains. Unfortunately I can't put negative stars or zero stars. Update. Spent the day cleaning. The outside of the stove was filthy. Inside of the freezer filthy. Every shutter and blind filthy. Bathrooms behind the toilets filthy. The house does not have granite. Fabricated counter tops. And who would cut stone inside a house? I do like my tenants to have a home that I would live in. I guess that says what kind of landlord I am. Conscientious. I guess if the job was too much for the company I wish they would have told me rather than take my money and not do it. I was offered 100 back. But I am requesting at least half of the money back. My friend, an attorney, who helped me clean is itching to take this too small claims court. While I believe that shiny happy believes they provided s construction clean up. They didn't. Sherry has been cleaning for me for over 15 years she does a great job if there's something she forgets doesn't see to do, she does not mind you bringing it up and saying could you do this for me this time or every time. She has a very sunny disposition and it is a pleasure to have her in my home. She is very careful to vet anyone she hires to help her. This is a long time ago. They did a good job, but we couldn't find some of our stuff after the rearrangement of our things. They did not ask us if they could move stuff. It felt over priced. The main person was really loud and slightly offensive with her comments. We had to sleep during the day in the house in order to work that night and couldnt sleep because of how loud it was. We couldnt schedule it on a day off because we were leaving. I would not recommend using this service again, but it could work for someone else if you need someone to organize your stuff. read more

Professional, polite, courteous. After I used them twice I see they prefer organizing. They rather not move stuff just clean around them. Yes I do have lots of stuff around older people do but their ad doesn't state we want to clean empty houses only. I tried to reply to a previous review and was unable too. This is in response to the 1 Star review posted by Jenner L. I was at the house and can confirm that the blinds, window tracks, floors and the stove are all filthy. The stove, blinds and window tracks in particular still scream of years worth of build up. This isn't a case of a little dust left over from contractors. Also, I would like to point out that the countertops are NOT granite, but rather pre formed marble pieces that didn't require cutting. It looked to me as though the only thing cleaned was the inside of the oven. Now as any good friend would do, I will spend my Saturday helping her do the job she severely overpaid for. Sherry and her team are the real deal! My house had not been properly cleaned in months, if not a year, and we have a toddler tornado, dogs, 2 working adults, so we needed help bad! She came in with a team of angels that cleaned our place from top to bottom, and got our clutter out of the way! Getting my house cleaned by these three women is pure delight. They are quick, efficient, hard working and NICE! Sherrie, Gabby, and Susie do a wonderful job. It is a pleasure to have them around once a week for a half clean and once every two weeks for a full clean. Our house smells wonderful after they leave.
