The house was not a mess, but did need to be cleaned for move out, hence why I hired her to conduct a move out cleaning service. Like I said in my previous post, she arrived at my front door (did not enter the home) and had excuses of why she couldn't clean, such as her wrist injury and needing to move storage items the following day. She then entered the homes bathroom and said this is bad and said she could not clean and to find someone else. How do you expect me to find someone at the last minute? Three cleaners showed up but they didn't stay for an hour. it was more like 50 minutes. They broke things and didn't clean what I asked them too, but did do some I didn't. Three peope were unable to finish cleaning 2.5 bathrooms and vacuum the floors. They said they didn't have shower cleaner. Seriously a housekeeping service with no shower cleaner! They put a dirty vacuum cleaner bag and slippers on the kitchen table. Gross. They also never responded when I contacted them regarding my isssues. These vouchers are to try out a business to see if they are worth full price. I won't be calling them again.
