Where do i start? The young lady that cleans my home is Marangely (Mara), I honestly can not say enough good things about her. First she is always on time and ALWAYS ready to get to work. She is so nice, she always asks how we are doing when she gets in the door. Any time we have a request she always says no problem, she is a very, very hard worker and never misses a thing. She always puts in the full 3 hours that she is expected to be here and when she leaves the house is perfectly cleaned from top to bottom, you can tell she really takes pride in her work. In the time she has been cleaning our home she is by far the best we have ever had, we have had other cleaning services and many people clean our home and not one of them can touch her. When it comes to having someone clean our home there are three things that i hate and drive me crazy 1. When someone comes to my home to clean and all they care about is getting out of my home as fast as possible, these people ALWAYS miss things and do a unaccepable job and the reason why is they dont care it is as simple as that, this has happened with other cleaners from MaidPro who have cleaned my home. 2. When someone comes to clean and all they do is complain, you would be suprised to hear what some of the people who have cleaned my home in the past have said to me and in front of me just obnoxious. 3. when doing a check after a clean and the counters or table is sticky! or the toilet is not clean! after all what am i paying for, simple things like that should never be missed. Mara has never done any of these things, she works very very hard every minute she is here she never complains and honestly Never missed a thing. MaidPro came and clean my house they sent one girl and she did a pretty good job no complaints there they charged me $96. 4 days later they called me and said she needed another hour to clean the house because she didn't have enough time even though she did clean the whole house in two hours. They said she needed three hours said it would cost me $136. Seems to me they're trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. read more

We've been using MaidPro for several months now and Sandra is great! She is on time, friendly and does a thorough job. She made an extra effort to help out a few times--I really appreciate it! There's always a follow up call to make sure the cleaning was satisfactory. Also, when I've had to reschedule cleaning they were able to accommodate me without a problem. Not a good experience for our needs. Consistently blaming US for showing up earlier than I requested. Workers complained of being paid very little, having too many home to clean in 1 day. I constantly had a hard time with communication and sometimes communication went completely ignored. I fired the service and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding them at all cost. Starting out OK ends up HORRIBLE. read more

We used a different service prior to coming to MaidPro and the difference is night and day. Juanita does a great job cleaning our place. She's thorough, efficient, and professional (and a really nice person too). The place always looks great after our cleaning. One thing I like about MaidPro is they always follow up after the cleaning to make sure things met our expectations. I don't always offer feedback (and I rarely have anything bad to say, and when I do it's always more of an FYI than an actual problem), but it's nice to know there is that communication when I need it. read more

This is the worst cleaning service I have ever encountered. The owner is completely disorganized and unpleasant, the cleaning service got progressively worse from our first use to the point I had to call and complain twice and request not to have a certain cleaning woman. The owner called at 7:50 in the morning to question which credit card to charge and repeatedly called my roommate instead of me because he had the wrong number due to their complete lack of organization despite my informing them of the correct numbers numerous times. He incorrectly overcharged me by $40 without telling me and only through my own action of checking my bank account was I ever informed of this. I do not know how a business that is ran so poorly manages to stay afloat. read more

I gave MaidPro a try after haveing a very disappointing experience with another company. My first cleaning far exceeded my expectations! Everything was spotless and it was very obvious to me that the work was done with care. I would like to give a personal thank you to Barbara, she did an excellent job and even left Hershey kisses on the night stands which was a nice touch.
