An absolute joke of a service. I hired them to do a move out clean of my apartment, all they did was sweep and barely vacuum the carpet. They charged $360 for this service for two hours, and they probably only did 30 min worth of work. I lost my security deposit because they couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum. read more

BUYER BEWARE: THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANY ARE HANDING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO OUT TO WHOEVER CALLS. They were having a problem with my card so I called to resolve the issue. In doing so, the moron employee on the phone read me the entirety of the details of someone else's credit card number that was erroneously attached to my account. She read the entire number, expiration, and CVV. WTF? Told the employee that she needs to be careful just reading credit cards over the phone to people they don't belong to and she essentially said "oops! sorry!" Cancelled immediately because I am not trusting these idiots with my credit card information, and you shouldn't either. Now I have to scramble for a move in clean before furniture gets delivered to my apartment tomorrow. Absolutely incredible display of stupidity. If your credit card has an expiration of 12/25, call these losers to make sure it wasn't your credit card that got leaked to me. Got called several times after all day as I'm dealing with trying to move into my new apartment, as well as clean it because I was forced to cancel these buffoons. The manager, Claudia's response was incredible. She said, verbatim, "our records are secure," after admitting to me that they kept someone's full credit card information on a slip of paper for anyone in the office to see, while leaking it to an unknowing member of the public. Secure? Give me a break. Apparently they normally only can see the last 4 digits of a CC number, but someone "wrote down" an entire credit card by mistake. Fishy. If you are looking for a poor quality cleaning with employees who are inexperienced and cut corners and terrible customer service overall, look no further! I wasted my time and money ($355 to be exact) on this company. What attracted me to this company initially was they were the first to respond to my request for a quote. Their responsiveness at initially gaining your business, is not the same responsiveness you'll get once you've scheduled a service. One of the red flags was during the day of service I received several calls (voicemails) indicating service couldn't be rendered until forms were signed which they JUST sent that morning vs a week or more prior when I scheduled the service. Whatever the case, I signed the forms so they could show up. My husband was home and let them in. When I got home, I was inconvenienced by them parking in my driveway (most service companies park in the street not in front of your garage in the driveway). I entered my home and met one of the cleaners who didn't even greet me hello. They were done upstairs and were working downstairs. While I was upstairs I noticed they didn't vacuum the carpet in a large area and didn't clean the bathroom counters (my husband's shavings were still all over the counter and around the faucet). I immediately went downstairs to tell them so they could correct the issue on the spot. Once they left, I noted at least 15 or more things they missed from their 49 point checklist (tub tiles not cleaned, surfaces/furniture not dusted, frames not dusted, mirrors/glass not cleaned in bathroom, range hood not cleaned, cabinet fronts not cleaned, lamps not cleaned to name a few). In addition, this was supposed to be a deep cleaning not just some minor spot cleaning here and there. Ultimately, they cut corners, had bad work ethic and were lazy. The areas they did dust, they did not move anything to dust underneath (like pictures); they just dusted around it. In addition, they used a sopping wet mop and left puddles all over the WOOD floors. I called the office immediately after to schedule a re-clean of those areas and tell of the poor service, which they assured me they'd be here from 11-2 to correct all issues. The next day, 2 came and went. Finally, I received text saying they were late. I called them and was notified they were stuck in traffic and would arrive after 4 (2 hrs after they were to arrive). I told them cancel the service, I no longer want to do business with them. The general manager came on the phone rudely with an attitude and was armed and ready with excuses. Telling me they're human and make mistakes. I responded with over 15 mistakes? I can understand missing a few items but not 15 or more. At that point, I told the general manager I wasn't going to continue an argument with her over the phone since I had already wasted too much time and money with her company. She was highly unprofessional and was unapologetic of the incident; rather, she was full of excuses and claimed to want to make it right but at their convenience and my inconvenience. Ultimately, I will take the loss and walk away from this company altogether. If you can help it, don't take your chances with this company unless you want a mediocre result with terrible management and customer service. read more

After reaching out to a number of cleaning services, maidpro got me an estimate the quickest. The woman on the phone was very thorough and was able to fit me in the same day! For a Move-in Deep Clean I was quoted for 4hrs for 2 cleaners at about $285. I gave my CC and was given an ETA of 2-6pm for the cleaners. Also had to sign some paperwork online. So far the experience was great. The cleaners arrived at about 5:21pm and started upstairs. They finished upstairs and made their way downstairs. We noticed the windows weren't wiped down and asked if that was something they were going to do, as they stated they were done with the upstairs. After some discussion one of the women went back upstairs to wipe down the windows. (I guess they said they don't normally do windows however it did state in the contract I signed earlier that day that the inside of windows were a part of the cleaning.) At about 6:27pm they were already packed up and walking out the door (after we signed the paperwork and tipped, of course). After they left we started noticing little things, the floor in the office was still dusty, the stairs handrail wasn't cleaned at all, etc. They did do a great job on the toilets, mirrors, and kitchen though. In the end I may try them again to see if it was the team that was sent versus the company as a whole. It could have also been that it was the end of a very long work day for them and we were their last home; which was probably the case as it was the week of Thanksgiving. Also, the women were very nice and respectful. Lastly I sent an email the following day to find out the final amount to be charged. No one responded so I called in. I was first told that they understand the cleaners were here for an hour however they would charge for the 3hrs. After some discussion I was told my final amount would be about $150. Less than what I was quoted, but still unsure if the job done justifies the price. Wasn't impressed with the level of cleaning or felt the house was really clean after they left, but if I try them again, I will update my review. read more

Beware! Crew does not speak English, so unless you speak Spanish, you cannot communicate with them. They only have a couple good cleaning staff, so if you are lucky and the right cleaners to come out, you may get what you pay for, if not, then you will probably need to clean the house yourself after they leave. My first experience with Maidpro was in 2021 when I was moving out of a rental house. I ended up having to have them come out two additional times because basic things like kitchen cabinets and around the microwave weren't cleaned. After 3 times, I finished cleaning the house myself and let them know I was disappointed with the service. They gave me a two hour credit as an apology which was definitely appreciated. Fast forward to this year, we're moving out of our rental home to move to a new state- I call to use my two hour credit for a move out clean. I had to have them re-write the contract four times because she was only correcting one mistake that I would mention at a time. I only asked them to clean the kitchen and our two bathrooms and if they had time to mop the floors. When my landlord went to check the property she said the cabinets hadn't been cleaned out in the kitchen, and the oven not stove had been cleaned. I called to discuss these issues with them which is when they decided to inform me that the oven and refrigerator are extra charges. I asked why that wasn't disclosed when I asked for the kitchen to be cleaned for a move out clean and the lady just said "I don't know". I asked if I could have them come back out and clean the cabinets and if I could just pay the extra cost for them to clean the oven and refrigerator. They now inform me that I can only get that service if I pay for a minimum of three hours of cleaning. I remind them that they didn't inform me and asked again if I could just pay the extra charge since I wasn't notified and they say no. I let them know what a frustrating experience this has been and she just says "I know". I'm now having to pay a separate company to come out just to clean the two appliances. I would have never even used the credit if I would have known what a headache the whole process was going to be. They also left all doors to the house unlocked upon leaving. read more

La-Nisha did an excellent job cleaning the missed items, she was prompt, listened to my concerns and cleaned beautifully. A clean house by Maid Pros Tampa! I have been a client of Maid Pro Tampa for a few months now. I have had mostly wonderful experiences; the employees are always personal and professional. The supervisor, Julie - is so accommodating. I initially requested to have cleaning services on Fridays and Julie has ensured that I would receive services promptly. With every cleaning experience, Julie has always been there to answer any and all of my questions. This morning was no different. Julie phoned to "check-in​" with my most recent cleaning experience and to ensure I was happy with the future services. Julie parented my "reclean" would be spectacular ... and it was. My cleaning experience was with Cynthia. She came right over, just as Julie promised. Ladies and gentlemen, Cynthia is amazing! I had no idea that a seemly, total stranger could make me feel at home - in my own home! But, Cynthia did. She made me feel like an old friend that hadn't seen me in years. The long and short of it, Cynthia treated my home with "white glove service." Cynthia asked what I wanted her to focus on. We had a candid moment where my hand was on cabinet in the foyer and she laughed and said "that's dust, and it just fell right on your foot! Don't worry about it! I will take care of that for you, no problem, Cynthia said." Cynthia made me feel good about how hard I work, and my lack of time I have to keep up with dusting and moping. The best part, she did it with a smile. When I came back home, she was all finished up. My home smelled clean, looked clean and my pugs were sound asleep on their doggie bed. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!! Before pcs'ing I hired maidpro to complete a simple move out clean. They took advantage of my short term moving schedule by requiring me to sign all documentation prior to them starting a cleaning. This included a form which stated the cleaning had been completed and I was fully satisfied. I get a call a couple days after my "cleaning" from my landlord saying the property was filthy and i wouldn't be receiving my full security deposit. I contacted maidpro and they were extremely rude and refused a refund despite having multiple pictures of their negligent cleaning service. I will never be hiring them again and will actively be speaking out against them. Their business practices are predatory. If you're military, look elsewhere. I had an outstanding experience with Julie through Maidpro. I am expecting a child in a few short months and I usually just have Maidpro come approximately every 4-6 weeks, but because of my pregnancy and expecting guests I decided to have a deep clean done. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the outcome of the clean as specific tasks I requested were not completed. I spoke with Julie after hours about my dissatisfaction and she was kind, understanding and made sure I felt reassured that I would have the non-completed tasks taken care of and in a timely manner. On 12/09/2020, 3 maids came to my vacant residence for 5 hours worth of labor for a move-out cleaning. After 90 min they left and the only things completed in the house were 2.5 bathrooms, all of the rooms (except 1 walk in closet) were vacuumed, and the fans were dusted. None of the baseboards or blinds were ever touched. The cabinets in the kitchen were never touched and all of the tile flooring downstairs was never mopped. Per the contract, baseboards, blinds, windows, and kitchen cabinets were supposed to be included in the cleaning. The time slot for the maids to arrive was 8am-4pm. They did not arrive to the residence until 6:45pm. Considering the house was completely empty (3 bed, 2.5 bath), it was very disappointing to see how poor of a job 3 maids did in 90 min. Being a first time customer with this company, I would not recommend this company to anyone else or use your services again. read more

I paid the max price for a move out cleaning (3 people) and got just ok service. I could've done it on my own! Paid for the oven cleaning which wasn't really necessary but nothing was done initially. A glass shelf was broken and the glass was put down my disposal without me knowing. DANGEROUS! The rest of the house definitely could've been cleaned better especially with it being almost empty. I was asked if I wanted the shelf replaced. Seriously? Scheduled a reclean and EMILEIGH MEEKS DID A GREAT JOB! If it weren't for her I'd give one star for the money I spent. I almost cried bc of the amount of work they got done!
