They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.
