I dropped off a FedEx package at Mail Central on Friday April 4th around 11:00 am. I purchased the label on eBay.com. I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00 am shortly after Mail Central was open, I went in to ask Troy (the store owner) why my package had not been picked up. She said I must have dropped off later than I thought, I said I know I dropped the package off around 11:00 am. Then she went on to blame FedEx for not picking it up. As the store owner she took no accountability for the package not getting shipped nor did she offer any ideas on how she would fix the error to make sure it would not happen again. I left the package with her hoping Friday was a fluke and that she would make sure my package would be picked up on Monday afternoon at their normal FedEx pick up time. Monday came and went with no FedEx scan on the tracking. So, on Tuesday April 8th I went in to Mail Central again to see what had happened. Troy was not at the store, so I talked to the employee on duty. She stated that all the FedEx packages were picked up. I said that I wanted to looked to see if my package had been picked up. It was absolutely clear that FedEx did not pick up again. I took my package, made a new label and took it to the UPS store. With Troy knowing me and my husband since 2018 when we began dropping of packages at Mail Central, I expected more customer service from her. I expressed to her the urgency I had in needing to get this package shipped, because on eBay you only have a couple of days to get it shipped. I feel like she at the very least should have called me (my phone number was on the shipping label). I feel like she has no urgency to fix what was happening with FedEx or to service her customers. read more

The amazing lady who was working the opening shift was so helpful. I never write reviews. But something about her energy made me want to make sure she gets a little recognition. I hate going and running errands but she made my morning a little better. I wish I would have gotten her name. read more

Do not rent a U-Haul from here. We only drove to Marietta and back with no detours and they charged us for 142 miles. A.k.a. double the amount that we actually drove. Of course we did not get a response when we brought this up. We may have to take this up with our credit card company Whether it was them reading the odometer incorrectly or something else, the lack of response when we reached out shows exactly the type of people you're dealing with read more

Lady who works the desk is rude and inconsiderate. I was trying to do a return on a package through Fed Ex. I needed the box to be taped (because not everyone has packing tape) and she wanted to charge me 0.25 cents. A quarter, just to have a strip of tape put over the box. She had an attitude with me because I didn't have a quarter (nor did i have a purse, phone, wallet or keys on me at the time). So I was going to pick up the box and walk out and she had the audacity to make a snarky comment saying that it's fine for now and that I could stop by with a quarter when i'm in the area again. The man and woman who own and operate this small mail store are delightful. He's a tad grumpy by nature, but always very friendly despite it. She's always quick and helpful. I've used them to mail plenty of packages and the service is always prompt and perfect. read more

Oh, no thank you. This was a horrible experience. First of all, they charge $0.03 a stamp for the privilege of them handing you a stamp to put on your own envelope. When I questioned that, the employee went BS and called me evil and ugly for asking why they charge $0.03 a stamp. Do not go here unless you want to be bullied. read more

Rude staff, and 4 times the cost of USPS, UPS, FedEx, they wanted over $100 to overnight letter via USPS, drove 5 miles to post office and paid $18. This place is fine if you don't care about money read more

I went in to mail a package. I planned to send it by Fed Ex, but the woman who was working, showed me the cost to send it (overseas) by the various carries. She was very knowledgeable about how long it would take via each service. I eventually chose the one that was the most economical. I was incredibly impressed by the service. The woman was pleasant and made appropriate small talk, but not so much that it slowed down her work and smiled. The entire experience was over quickly. I definitely recommend this business if you need to send a package. read more

I really like Mail Central and I go there for all my copying and faxing. The owner's are knowledgeable, nice, and always helpful! This place was great! Husband and wife owners are so pleasant and helpful. Not sure why the other review complained about price because I'm from New Orleans La and the same services were around $40.00 and here it was only $9.50!!!
