They are very conscientious at this store, and it turns out that one of the people there is often the Owner, who is always friendly and helpful. I understand that UPS does not pay their stores to receive Amazon returns, so it is easy to see how an owner might not be excited about this policy. But this store's owners are so friendly and have such a great attitude that this is not an issue for them. This is now my first choice of UPS store that I chose to do business with, and they are truly an asset to UPS. I only wish that all of the UPS stores were as friendly and helpful as this one, but that is not always the case.
