I would leave zero stars if I could. When a business posts signs that will pay you $5 to leave a positive review and still has less than a 2 star rating then you know they don't care about their customers. My wife dropped off a package for FedEx pickup (already had the label printed) on a Thursday morning, it should have reached its destination the next day, Friday. On Friday afternoon the package recipient notified my wife that the package didn't arrive, and upon checking the tracking number we were perplexed to see that the package had never even been picked up by FedEx! The package contained over $1,500 worth of orders and was very time sensitive. My wife assumed that the store must have made a mistake and just didn't give the package to the FedEx driver when we came for pickup on Thursday. When the package wasn't picked up on Friday either I stopped in the store to try and figure out what was going on and where my package has mysteriously disappeared to since FedEx never received it. When making it clear how important it was that this package made it to its location by a certain date I was told by store owner Marissa, "It can't be our fault because we triple check our orders, the delivery guys check their numbers, and it has to be in a truck on its way. Since USPS, UPS and FedEx all pickup from this location I asked if there was a possibility that UPS or the Post Office picked up my package by mistake. I was assured that this was impossible due to their "foolproof" system and that FedEx definitely picked the package up on Thursday, even though the tracking had not updated at all (beyond the label being created). I made a trip up to Cedar Rapids to the FedEx hub as Mail Print & More indicated it had to be FedEx's fault. I spent almost 3 hours trying to track this package down. After spending many hours and talking to numerous people at FedEx it became very clear that they never picked up the package, it was not "on a truck on it's way" as Marissa claimed. This meant the only options were that Mail Print & More lost my the package, an employee or customer stole the package, or they sent it out with UPS or USPS. Come to find Marissa sent it out with USPS, on Monday the post office gave the package to FedEx and it was finally on its way. The problem is that this package was time sensitive and needed to be delivered on Friday or Saturday at the very latest. Because it was not, it cost us over $1,500. Here is my problem...I could have easily made a trip down to the post office to retrieve the missent package, but was told it was impossible that the store would have made a mistake. Marissa, the owner, was in contact with me up until I found out they made a mistake. As soon as we saw it went down to the post office she stopped communication with me. This is how you treat your customers? You ignore them once you realize that you made a mistake? This mistake in their store cost us $1,500 and she didn't even have the decency to apologize. I can't believe people support a business that treats its customers in this way. I am attaching a picture of the signs posted in the store. Like I said, if they are offering $5 for every positive review and still have a 1.x rating then you know they don't care about their customers. I would never do business with this place or at least with Marissa. After it was all said and done I realized that she had been dishonest by purposely misleading me to believe it was FedEx's fault even after she realized it was her own fault. I agree with Jessica G., DO NOT GO HERE!! I went here on 1/22, to ship my broken laptop to a repair facility in Newark, CA. I was supposed to give this store the RMA# and address. They were supposed to print me a FedEx label and receipt. So, first, the woman (Marissa, the owner) said she didn't know how to do it. She blamed it on FedEx, saying that their system's always down. She said someone else would come in in the afternoon and would know how to fix it. Asked me if I'd be comfortable leaving my package with them. And she'd call me later with the tracking number. I trusted her and left my number. She never called. So I called the store a couple of days later asking for the tracking number. The same woman answered and said sorry. But she couldn't find the tracking number right away. She promised to call later. She never called. The next day, I called again. This time she fumbled around and got me a tracking number. I punched the number in. The package was headed for Redlands, CA. Not knowing much about CA, I assumed Redlands and Newark must be next to each other. The package was delivered on 1/28. I waited a few days and then checked with the repair facility for the status of my laptop. Strange! I couldn't find an record of my laptop in their system. I waited a couple more days and called the repair facility. And they said they never received the package! What the heck, right? I went back to the tracking number and looked at the details. Things didn't add up. Redlands turns out to be 6 hours away from Newark. And the dimensions of the package does not fit mine. Apparently she simply gave me a tracking number that had a CA destination! I went to the store the next day. Asked what happened to my package. She said she didn't know and promised would look for it. But it might take A DAY to find out! I insisted for her to start looking right away. While she flipped through her notebook (God only knows if it contained anything useful), I looked around the store. Lo and behold, there was my package sitting on the counter in the back of the store!!! I called her to go and fetch it. In the process, she "discovered" another package she didn't ship out! Mine had been sitting there for 13 days! And she said she didn't know, and she didn't see, and she had no idea why those boxes were still there, and she didn't even know where the other box was supposed to go (I feel really bad for the other guy)! And she's the owner of the place!! I don't know what to say. She's at least forgetful and disorganized. And she's clueless about the business. If you want your package shipped, I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

This place offers quite a bit, copies, printing, Fed Ex, drycleaning. Also, they have a nice gift selection. Oh, and INK CARTRIDGE REFILLS! And they don't do generic ink. Constantly over charged, and not that great of service. I tried this place multiple times, but it never worked out. Charged extra for tracking through a main carrier (FEDEX) which provides free tracking when you go direct. Basically a scam. The last time I shipped anything through Mail - Print & More I was again.. Charged for tracking.. But evidently the "system was down" so she would call me later with the tracking info. No call. I ship product constantly, so really, its her loss. Don't spend your money here, go to FedEx or UPS. It is worse than slow, time starts going backwards. Then they will tell you it costs $40 to have your package guranteed next day air by noon. Hello, well, where to begin. I recently wanted to ship some assembled vintage airplane models. We went to the store in North Liberty, the owner ( who's name is Marissa ) was very helpful in measuring the models, pulling down the shrink-wrap, weighing them and calculating an astronomical bill. bill. I paid the bill and she told me that they would be going out that day ( Sept 29 ). I was called out of town for 3 weeks afterwards. When I got back home, there were 4 nasty messages on my machine. Guess what? Nobody received their packages, I called Marissas' store on \Sat Oct 17 and spoke with one of her employees. The employee said, " yes, it's here, I'm looking at it now " I said ok, please make sure it goes out. Monday, the 29th, at which time Marissa told me, it went out weeks ago, I never told her about the employee telling me the truth. To make things worse. that same employee told MY customer that the plane was sitting in the store, I checked three different tracking numbers and only one had shipped !! Calling back Marissa again, I informed her that either fed/ex or us mail had ever received them from her, she then said that she would look into it. Three days later, she calls me and says, the fed/ex driver left the package at a local business. just leaning against a wall.But I know Fed/Ex scans all packages, then she proceeds to tell me that she had to go to the main Post Office in Iowa City to search for my other package, WELL, WHAT DO YA KNOW??? She finds my package just leaning up against a wall too !!! All this after I paid her over 400.00 in packaging and shipping. I told my customers, I hope they believe me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This is the absolute WORST service I have ever received in my life and this woman should not be operating this type of business. First of all, she tries to convince you to use Spee Dee delivery, claiming that it is cheaper and faster, but she charges you twice the amount and my package was lost both times. I asked for the packages to be shipped Fed-Ex, but we found out later that she went ahead and used Spee Dee delivery instead. One had very important documents in it that I needed in a week's time and it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive them. My package was brought in to be shipped on a Tuesday and she claimed that it had been shipped out, but when we called Fed Ex, they said the package was never received. When we finally discovered that it was actually Spee Dee delivery, we called them directly and they said that the package had just reached Cedar Rapids the FOLLOWING Monday. This woman is unorganized and deceitful and I would take your package to a reputable place like the Post Office or UPS so that you might actually get your package where it needs to go in a reasonable time. I stopped here a while back to pick up stamps and they didn't have any...shocking based on the name of the business. I was told that the employee had to go pick some up at the post office and will have them later in the day. Terrible. Employee couldn't figure out how to work the computer program to compare different shipping options. Told me my only option was usps, then tried to tell me that tracking was an additional $1.00 with the priority mail flat rate box (which its not). Last time I was here the owner tried to add a "service fee" on to the roll of stamps I bought. When I inquired why stamps were more there than at the post office, she said she would "waive" the fee. Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO SEND ANYTHING. My husband brought in a light weight pink folding beam. It was suppose to be boxed or wrapped and sent to a little girl for her birthday. The beam did show up, but it was damaged, and instead of the pretty pink it was super dirty and couldn't be cleaned. This was caused by not being in any sort of packaging. Marissa, the owner said my husband didn't ask for a box, this is the only reason he went to her was to package it and send it out, otherwise he would of went to the Post Office. Marissa just put tape around the beam, right over the "I Heart Gymnastics" logo which had to be ripped off in order to get the tape off. The new owner of the beam was extremely upset as this was her daughters only special birthday gift, which was now black, with her favorite part, the logo ripped off. Marissa blamed the whole thing on the Postal service and took no responsibility, not even for putting the tape over the logo. She said she didn't see anything wrong with how she packaged it, she didn't even think it was a big deal to ruin the logo. My husband and I spoke with her several times and each time she was clueless that she was responsible for the damaged. She even lied to me and said my husband said he didn't want a box and that she put the tape on the logo in front of him and he didn't say a word. REALLY!! That's your customer service, if you screw something up just lie about it. Wow, do us all a favor and close your doors before you mess up more packages! read more
