Dylan helped me pick out a new CPU cooler with the information I gave him through emails about my system and what I used it for and with all that knowledge he found a good fit for my rig, we had a lot of back and forth communication to make sure everything would work. I dropped my PC off along with the new part and Dylan went to work and fixed it for me. Price for all the work was very reasonable and I'm happy with the work that was done, enough to where I actually made a Yelp account to write a review. I've been back to gaming on my PC again today and my core temps have been great so my problem was solved thanks to the work. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen.
