Simple enough reason to visit but the young lady that took care of my request made it such a pleasure. She was upbeat, engaging (as was her counterpart-a young gentleman), informed me of the process and did it very quickly. The remarkable thing is that I wasn't there for their core service but I didn't know the difference because despite I was treated as an important customer. This is very hard to find in the world of retail today. The staff was engaging with other customers who knew them (clear their loyalty in the area is off the charts-no surprise!)
