They pinned one pair for size and charged me for tailoring all five pair. I tried on the one pair that had been pinned and it seemed fine. I didn't know until a week later that the other four had not been touched. After being ill for the following month, COVID happened to the world. I postponed returning until the threat was over. In doing so I wore the one pair that fit and washed them daily so as to be in uniform for work. As an Emergency Response worker you can imagine how busy we were. Well as of today, COVID still has not gone away and the one pair I have been wearing has worn through. I decided to bite the bullet and go in and ask for their assistance in tailoring the other four pair correctly. I honestly didn't expect them to do the work without additional payment, especially after all this time. I realize I should have come in sooner, had it been under normal circumstances. I went in with cash in hand and explained what had happened to the nice lady at the counter. Didn't seem to be a problem until the manager (or maybe the owner?) came out and started hollering at me for accusing them of not doing the work correctly the first time. I assured him I was not trying to take advantage of them, but simply wanted the other four pair done as the first pair had been. He screamed that I had offended him and that they didn't alter my type of work pants anyway. Keep in mind I had the receipt, and all of the tags that they had added to the pants were still intact on three of the five pair. I didn't know what to do but to laugh, as this person refused me service and told me to leave. I couldn't be a more agreeable guy, but to refuse to fix a mistake that you made, even though the customer is willing to pay for it twice, certainly disqualifies you from being a "better business." This man's hostility had me on the verge of calling the police for my own safety. Clearly I'll be looking for a more family friendly tailor in the future. Simply be aware that Peninsula cleaners of Seaford, from my experience, does slipshod work, does not honor contractual obligations, and the diminutive man in the inner office is aggressive beyond reason. Be safe out there.

    If I could rate lower, I would. Was scheduled for first delivery (2 5 gal bottles and a dispenser)…read morebetween 8-noon today. Driver show up at 1:30, leaves 2 bottles outside my front door and gets back in the truck to drive away. I run out and stop him, asking where the dispenser is. He says they're out of stock and *might* have them tomorrow but isn't sure. I call customer service to express my disappointment that they were late, didn't call to ask if I wanted to reschedule and that driver tried to sneak away without an explanation, and CS rep told my he could have it sent on Friday. I asked to be escalated. Told next person that this was the worst customer service I had ever seen and asked that the two delivered bottles be picked up tomorrow and the order cancelled. She apologized (the first one to do so) and asked if II could hold while she tried to get a manager or the local branch on the line to see what they might do to make this right. Came back on line 3 minutes later and apologized again but wasn't able to reach anyone. She understood my frustration and desire to stop the bleeding now and just close the account. I asked when the bottles in my porch would be picked up and she said today. Well, they're still there. If they haven't gotten them by the weekend I'm using them to water my plants, putting the bottles in the recycling for pickup on Monday and disputing any credit card charge they try to put through!

    Stay away from this company, customer service is non-existent. They promise to deliver tomorrow,…read morethen send an email we had to reschedule your delivery. We have been a costumer of the original company that was bought out by Primo and we never had this type of problem, we have received one five gallon bottle of water for the past two months and we usually, with a better company, would receive 8-12 five gallon bottles every month. What a disgrace this company has become.
