What is odd was we had received a phone call from Shred It right before we set off to confirm. There is a huge issue between this Springfield MO Shred it location and the Shred It Corporate Office. There is no way for customers to call the local Shred It office to determine if they are open during the times they state they accept drop off shredding. Do not recommend this business for your shredding needs. It is very disappointing because we had to pay online in advance, too.
