We were there three plus hours filling out paperwork and answering questions...and sent home with a vehicle we would need outside financing for. We returned the vehicle, and were avoided for an entire day, the salesman claiming that the bank was dragging their feet. It took them four days to actually get back to us to tell us the bank had denied our application. They then said they couldn't help us at all until my husband was hired on (he was employed at the time through a staffing agency) at his employer. To me, this was very false advertising especially in how they advertise on the radio. We far exceeded 33 minutes and were guaranteed NOTHING. I also believe the customer service to be beyond poor in how they handled talking to us after they pushed us to attempt to get outside financing.
