They then said they couldn't help us at all until my husband was hired on (he was employed at the time through a staffing agency) at his employer. To me, this was very false advertising especially in how they advertise on the radio. We far exceeded 33 minutes and were guaranteed NOTHING. I also believe the customer service to be beyond poor in how they handled talking to us after they pushed us to attempt to get outside financing.
